Amazing venue! Great young wines. Prompt service. mahi carpacio excellent. Great for kids. Mains (seafood pasta and lamb) unimpressive. Suggest more northwest flavor, exquisite plating and distinct tastes. We'll still be back for the view, wine and good times.

As usual the food, service and experience was impeccable. We were sat promptly with a lovely view of the lake. Our server Stephani promptly greeted us, suggested a lovely wine and appetizer. At her suggestion, we ordered the filet and the berry salad. Both were fabulous. Got dessert, we enjoyed the flourless chocolate torte. Stephani gave impeccable service, was knowledgable and engaging. She is an asset to Sorrento's. Highly recommend Sorrento's for a special occasion, wine tasting, or just appetizers and dessert. They have perfected it all. The only negative is that the Italian opera singer was a little loud and intrusive at times.

We have dined at Sorentos for the last 15 years for our Anniversary + some special ocassions. As the years progressed, the menu choices have become less and less. We asked why the menu was obviously scaled down. She told us that the kitchen was too small to keep up with the demands of approximately 240 patrons, when the restaurant is at capacity! Our Server, Sandy, gave us excellent service. The entire staff has been consistently welcoming & professional! The view, the ambiance can't be beat!

Great explanation as always ! We come here every summer and always love it. Rack of lamb was exceptional!

The open air concept was lovely for the views, but the wind was blowing so hard I had to repeatedly ask for more plates to hold the tablecloth down. I was not advised there was a wedding party that evening and honestly, they should have shut the restaurant down for a private event because their service definitely suffered. There was absolutely no parking so I was late from having to park at the bottom of the hill. The waiter didn't really know about the wines. It's fine if you don't drink wine yourself, but if you're going to be a waiter, the restaurant should have trained him to at least be able to answer some simple questions. Five out of the six available pasta dishes were spicy. I was able to get one dish without the spice, but I had to wait about 10 minutes to receive the extra Parmesan I had requested. By then I was nearly finished. For the best restaurant in the Chelan area, this one left a lot to be desired.

Never a complaint. We've been coming here for years. Spectacular view and great service staff and value for your money. Yes it's fine dining but it won't break the bank.

The new menu has no vegetarian entree. Which is particularly disappointing when the menu posted online includes a couple of options. The kitchen offered to make pasta in sauce without meat or fish added which isn't really what I'd plan to dine out on. Opted for a salad. Meh

We were truly Impressed with the location of the table we had. Right out front no one between us n the lawn. N view of the Lake. Just beautiful for our special occasion... 69 wedding anniversary. Wowee! Our server was very helpful n kind. Explaining a power problem made him take our order on a note pad n pen rather than electronically ( but this was rectified before we finished our grand meal! ). Steak n halibut were enjoyed by Us four. Many thanks for a very memorable meal n evening.

We have dined here many times over the years during our annual family vacation at Lake Chelan. It has become a family tradition and everything from the food to the views as well as the service is always superb. Thanks!

You can't beat the views from the restaurant...breathtaking. The service was fine and the food was fine. What was incredibly annoying was the gentleman (with a beautiful voice) walking around from table to table singing for tips. He was so loud that it was impossible to carry on a conversation. Our waiter asked him not to sing at our table as requested by us, but then the singer came to our table and apologized for his loud singing. It all just felt awkward and uncomfortable. I appreciate music while eating a meal but this loud approach and singing for tips at your table has convinced me never to eat here again.

Our waiter was very kind and didn't crowd us, but was very attentive to our needs. Definitely plan on coming back.

The food and view was outstanding. I had the rack of lamb and it was cooked perfect. Beautiful view overlooking the vineyards and lake Chelan.

We had a really stellar experience here. Tracey, our server, was incredible. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave us several tastes of wine and also allowed us to try some of the wine club wine. The hostess who seated us was also wonderful. We definitely had the best table in the house looking out over the lake and enjoyed a leisurely dinner with no pressure to finish.

Fabulous service from our waitress and from the staff that clears the tables and pours water. Had a very special evening to celebrate from grand daughter's birthday.

First the hostess didn't bother to come get us after she said she would. Second, the food has always been amazing except this time new prices and portions... for a whopping $30 you can get a child's portion of pasta that tasted like Prego's spaghetti sauce, noodles are over cooked and broken in half. Linguine with just two small meatballs. I couldn't believe how terrible this dish was for the amount of money it cost. The waiter was great and understanding. I'll most likely never come back! Super disappointing!! Such a beautiful restaurant... but such a shame they definitely will rip you off!
