The employees are very helpful,kind,Strive extremely hard to get your order out quickly. I have been there when they have extremely rude customers and they are still very polite to those customers.Kudos to them for all their hard work and patience.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. When ordering our drinks we were rushed and it was very aggressive. When getting to the window it was an older woman, and she says “what were your drinks” with an aggressive tone. She starts giving us our 2 out of 3 drinks and we pay, then we wait for the final drink. She turns back to us and goes “you’re done” and we tell her we are missing a drink. She then tells us no and that she gave us everything. We then got our final drink but not with out rude behavior and aggression. Would not come here again. Very disappointed!

I have noticed year by year visiting this starbucks They act cheap don't want to give ice in waters or Refuse to give water after you have purchased 6 dollar drinks. I go to Starbucks daily and get a grande iced caramel macchiato and a trenta water and as I said this is Daily in my normal life outside of vacation. This location seems to be the only one who has flat out refused to serve me water therefore I will not spend my money there any longer. I recommend Lake Chelan artesian bakery. They’re local privately owned and not greedy 🙌
They said they didn't have straws so i walked in and they had massive piles of straws. I got one myself.... very odd. And yes they had all sizes. The woman that works here is always super mad and lies and is just extremely unpleasant. Please fire her.

Had a pretty rude customer service experience. A barista named Emma took our order, she seemed lovely until I wanted to add something to my drinks, she kept cutting me off and was trying to rush to the next drink before I could even finish my sentence. I assume maybe adding things is what upset her? We then got to the window, she gave me the card holder, shut the window, shoved the drinks at me without eye contact and that was the end of it. No words spoken besides “here.” It seemed like her day was ruined because I wanted extra shots in my coffee. There was no one in front of us or behind us and inside appeared to be empty as well, so it wasn’t like they were inconvenienced from my added shots. And to top that my drinks were made wrong :/.
