We hired Taqueria Mazatlan’s food truck for a party we hosted up lake, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Roberto was fantastic to work with, with great communication from start to finish. The tacos and quesadillas were the star of the night. The beef, pork, and chicken were all incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. Everyone at the party was raving about the food and many went back for seconds (and thirds).
I highly recommend them, whether you’re visiting their permanent downtown location or booking their second truck for an event. You’re in for a treat.

Very busy but it was worth the wait. The carne was seasoned perfectly and the burrito supreme was the size of my forearm
The tacos were delicious. I think this might be one of the best places to eat in Chelan. Pick it up take it with you and find a nice spot to crack open a beer.
