The Albatross by Karma

One of the best meals I had in Chelan! Crab cakes, Braised Short Ribs and the Caprese salad. All phenomenal and a tremendous value. Fine dining quality for a very reasonable price!

One of the better restaurants in the Chelan area with consistently excellent food at a reasonable price. It's at the clubhouse of the public golf course, so it's only open during golfing season. Check before you go. Try the key lime pie, probably the best on the west coast.

Wow! Our third dinner at Albatross and they keep getting better. The Rockfish was absurdly amazing! Taylor, our server, was fabulous. She even remembered our names as we were leaving. We took our good friends/neighbors who had never been to Albatross. They agree with us: BEST DINING IN THE CHELAN VALLEY! Please don't change a thing. We love EVERYTHING! ? to the Chef!

Food and drinks were amazing. Crab cakes, coconut prawns, and steamers were all fantastic. Staff was phenomenal. Had an amazing time. Only name I caught was Hunter and he was awesome and attentive. As Arnold would say “I’ll be back”.

A lovely night out on the deck. Our cocktails were delicious! The savory basil martini and the mango tango. loved them both. had crack cakes for an appetizer they were seriously just OK. Dinner was a bottle of fabulous Chardonnay. One add red white and blue salad with salmon was cooked. Perfect but the greens were so overdressed she couldn't even eat them. I had the Baja bowl parts of it were delicious. Other parts were super bland. Way too many black beans.

Second time to Albatross. Food and service have been top notch both times. First time I think there was an AC issue, because it was very warm. This time, was delightful!! I made a reservation online and put a note in that my aunt and cousin were visiting from California and it was my cousin's birthday next week. The host wished her a happy birthday and our server brought her a glass of their sparkling wine, on the house. Again, service and food was top notch and I'll be back?

Had a nice meal here with friends. Rang up a bit of a bill but enjoyed our visit. Not amazing, but pretty damn good for a muni course eatery!

Enjoyed dinner at the Albatross restaurant this evening with my wife and friends. Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in the Lake Chelan area this year. The Chicken Piccata was amazing.

I identified my self as needing to stay away from Gluten but the server did not seem to understand. I ordered a dish that came with rice however when my plate came it had noodles instead of rice. Server took the dish back to the kitchen and returned it with rice but I ended up getting sick so it had to be contaminated by the noodles. I will not go back until the menu includes gluten free dishes and the staff are trained.

The only reason I didn't rate higher on ambience and overall was the temperature. It was toasty in there. My girlfriend and I had the salmon piccata and it was DEELISH. The other people in our group had the Baja bowl with chicken and short ribs. Both top notch. We shared the Crabcakes and they were fabulous. Way more crab than fillers!! We'll go back for sure and service was excellent.

Food was good and service was great. However, the clams, while very tasty; contained half the shells were empty the rest very small. Staff were very friendly and professional beginning with the hostess and continuing with our server.

Our bartender was also our waiter. Hunter was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the wines, drinks and menu items. He was pleasant, as were the other staff. The food was delicious! We had a very pleasant experience
