You know those meals you think about for days after? This was my experience at the Bistro at Lake Chelan. Canardes Frites was the first time I had ordered duck at a restaurant in a long time and it was perfect, I ate every bite. The Grand Marnier shrimp app was exceptional and all of it went beautifully with the La Marca Luminore Prosecco. The prices are so reasonable, especially for fine dining in a resort town. The service was impeccable- and I can be a bit needy lol so I really appreciated them accommodating my every need. Lovely atmosphere and such an attention to detail. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

Once the food arrived we all felt the attention to detail and quality of the ingredients used were exceptional. There is something here for everyone, even delicious mocktails. I can't express enough how much of a hidden gem this restaurant is in the Chelan Valley.

I had the most delightful experience at the Bistro at Lake Chelan! The food options were exceptional, offering something for almost everyone, and each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable...they were attentive, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the stunning location. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! If you’re in Lake Chelan, don’t miss the chance to visit this gem. Five stars all the way!

If you are in Chelan and searching for a quaint and cozy spot to grab a bite to eat paired with a hand crafted delicious cocktail, look no further than The Bistro! We came for Sunday brunch and I ordered the chicken & waffles, still dreaming about them, and the yummiest spritz. The food was outstanding! The servers are friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is small so I would suggest making reservations. I will definitely be back to dine for dinner and have reservations again tomorrow for brunch!! Such a gem of a restaurant in Lake Chelan!

My first impression of the bistro was it is really cozy inside but the food and service is so bad. When we got there, they told us it would be a wait, which is fine. When we returned the waiter didn’t even seat us, she just pointed where we would be sitting while talking to other customers. She proceeded to ignore our table for half an hour and when she came back, she realized she hadn’t even given us the menus yet. It took them one + hour to serve us, and when my food came out it was cold. At that point I was starving but I didn’t care. On top of that, their prices are outrageous for very mid food. I wouldn’t go back because the service was they terrible. She never came back to see how we were doing only came back when it was time to pay, and she didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or anything else. Will not be going back!

The dining experienced was spoiled when the service person told us, that we may need to hurry with finishing our wine and ordering desert… the table is booked… I understand that the restaurant want’s to maximize revenue by selling the table as many times as possible. However, don’t tell us that we have to hurry… It is an expensive restaurant, and the entire mood was spoiled by this one comment. Not coming back, I can prepare a better meal at home, and I will never have to hurry…

Have been here many times over the years, never disappointed. Favorites are brunch chicken and waffles, crab cakes and steak frite. But really, it's all delicious and service is great and attentive. Highly recommend. And as for pricing, it's extremely fair when compared to nearly every other restaurant in Chelan. Love those places too, but I recommend this one the most.

Great food, great atmosphere, amazing service! We enjoyed all dishes, with the most remarkable being the watermelon salad. The kids had some kids items that are unlisted on the printed menu and they loved it. Everyone on the staff were super nice and welcoming. This is such a gem in Chelan and we'll definitely be back.
Parking was a breeze right out front on the street and generally it seemed no one had issues finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: Unlisted kids selection exists and is extensive enough to fit most tastes, although is very carb-forward.
