So amazing! Great staff, great food, and great atmosphere! I got the Mcbiscuit with gravy, and my wife got the Straubinator. Both were just fantastic! She got a strawberry banana smoothie with coconut milk to drink, and I got a red bull soda. Highly recommend stopping in!

First time in Chelan and needed a daily coffee place to hit while on our trip. Very pleased with the service and customization of drinks. Who needs a cherry on top when you have mini donuts!

Family bean is one of my go tos for a coffee, delicious mini donuts (and they are mini which means you can have all your cravings in a 6 pack) and yummy quick breakfast sandwiches. This family owned business is AMAZING. Their customer service is above and beyond. The whole experience is great! They have puzzles you can work on too while you wait. This establishment is super family friendly. This is a MUST if you're visiting.

Wonderful coffee place with cool Lotus menu, adorable and tasty mini donuts, great breakfast sandwiches. All of the staff were super welcoming, kind, happy to provide recommendations, and very patient with my hungover husband. Haha. Looking forward to coming back tomorrow.

Such customizable lotus flavors and sweetness levels! Sweet staff with very fast service. Also the drinks come with a mini donut on top!!! Always worth the drive if you live close

We came here 2 years ago and had a good experience…today that was not the case! The cashier was very friendly however the older lady that came to help get our order of donuts was not friendly AT ALL, almost rude when getting donuts. We definitely won’t be returning!

***I am the lady that came in with my 2 kids and her husband. I asked a question about the canned lotus and then when the cashier asked for help getting my donuts I could tell we were definitely an inconvenience to you.

This was the best coffee shop In town till the owners sold it to someone eles drink have gone way down hill so bad it just taste like water and coffee I hate to see a good coffee shop run down after someone work so hard to make a great place to go we will not be going back to this place plus they raise the prices so much it's ridiculous

Wonderful little cafe. Stopped in for a coffee - yes, a boring drip coffee. Best drip coffee I've ever tasted. And every order includes a free donut hole - freshly made on site. The large 8 person table in the center of the room had a puzzle table on it with several diners working on a puzzle. Since I was alone I sat at that table and had a wonderful conversation in a relaxing environment. So if you're interested in a 3rd place that invites you to get an amazing coffee and then linger for conversation with new friends, or old, then you simply must try The Family Bean.
