So happy they have burgers now! Now I can have one of their yummy sandwiches and my husband can get a burger! They also have wonderful hard ice cream!!
The new manager here is amazing! My friend and I came for lunch and she asked if they had a veggie option and he said he’d make something just for her. He then came back and apologized for not asking if she’s vegan or if she wanted mayo or cheese on her sub. Listening him talk to and teach his employee how everything runs is so positive and encouraging! Both guys working here are doing a wonderful job turning this place around and you can really see the effort paying off!!!
Instead of firing in their employees, they just push them out by giving them a performance review that makes him feel like crap and then taking away all their hours after scheduling them for 60 hour pay period. We came here previously and the customer service was horrible but we always give a place a second chance and we are so glad we did. The food is so good and the customer service was top notch. The new guy at the front counter is killing it! The new Bruchi burger is the bomb! Now we will come back again and again.

Best place to eat in Cheney foods. Great people are great atmosphere is great. They keep their store clean inside now. Best people to work with Scott is the up-and-coming manager and he’s gonna make a great one. How to send this
Gentleman with bandana was AMAZING, awesome service and checked in and made sure we were taken care of! Working customer service and seeing someone provide excellent service brings me back 10 times out of 10!!!
The last time I went in there, my order set up on the counter, even after I told him who I was there to pick up for. Sit up there for a good 5 to 10 minutes because they were too busy flirting with each other. Then on top of it for last couple months every time I go in there, there’s flies flying around everywhere. You cannot pay me to go back there and order from that place again. It’s so disgusting.
Cheney location has rude employees and make sloppy sandwiches. not worth $75 for my family to eat. how has nothing been done? children are running this store! all we got was a rude welcome and dirty looks from both employees behind the counter.

When I ordered my sandwich in my drink cost me $25 mind you I got it it was burnt It tastes burnt it smelled burnt it was unedible when I called they didn't answer the phone I left a message and never got a call back The least they could have done is called back but they didn't even do that they could have refunded my money back for the burnt sandwich so they know they sent out I will never eat here again

I am editing this to say here it is a mess nth later with probably 8 phone calls placed to this establishment. Multiple voicemails, spoke with someone 3 separate time stating they would handle this and it STILL has yet to be handled. No GM has called me, NOTHING.
I placed an online order on 8/8/2024 at 752 unaware that they closed at 8. Their website still allowed me to order, but the restaurant called me to tell me they couldn't complete my order due to closing...totally fine, BUT the lady informed me I would be refunded automatically. I wasn't. I have called the store 3 times. I spoke with someone once and left 2 voicemails. Today is 8/21 and I have still not been refunded for 46.75$ and no one will call me back??? This is ridiculous. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
