Cheney location has rude employees and make sloppy sandwiches. not worth $75 for my family to eat. how has nothing been done? children are running this store! all we got was a rude welcome and dirty looks from both employees behind the counter.

When I ordered my sandwich in my drink cost me $25 mind you I got it it was burnt It tastes burnt it smelled burnt it was unedible when I called they didn't answer the phone I left a message and never got a call back The least they could have done is called back but they didn't even do that they could have refunded my money back for the burnt sandwich so they know they sent out I will never eat here again

I am editing this to say here it is a mess nth later with probably 8 phone calls placed to this establishment. Multiple voicemails, spoke with someone 3 separate time stating they would handle this and it STILL has yet to be handled. No GM has called me, NOTHING.

I placed an online order on 8/8/2024 at 752 unaware that they closed at 8. Their website still allowed me to order, but the restaurant called me to tell me they couldn't complete my order due to closing...totally fine, BUT the lady informed me I would be refunded automatically. I wasn't. I have called the store 3 times. I spoke with someone once and left 2 voicemails. Today is 8/21 and I have still not been refunded for 46.75$ and no one will call me back??? This is ridiculous. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Probably the last time I'll be going there. I just wanted a salad, it was about 12 minutes before closing and they had just taken a group of people's order. I went up and they asked whether I had an order on the net, which I didn't. I actually showed up.

They wouldn't take my order and said they were closing. Apparently, i'm not the only one who dislikes their service at this place. They play infantile music, which hasn't changed much from when I was young. You realize how terrible some of it is.

I was just going to get a salad and leave. It wasn't closing time quite yet. I resent the fact that places will put online orders above the people who actually showed up. I've walked out of places that do that because I can't get service.

Cheney, for many years, has lacked really good places to eat and I don't image that will ever get better. Decades ago you had some dine-in places and a good place to get a pizza and Lenny's to get a Double Whammy.

I remember when they replaced the Taco Time with a Bruchi's and that didn't last. Which begs the question, why is this place open.

Was just in there and whoever was working was the rudest girl I have ever spoken to. I work in customer service and am absolutely BAFFLED at how disrespectful and disgusting her behaviour was. Threw our food on the table (on a tray) when we asked for it to go, we asked for a bag so we can take it TO GO and she threw the bag in front of the cash register and said “here’s your bag” rolled her eyes and walked away. I’m visiting here from Canada and I will never be coming back.

Had multiple bad experiences here previously, but decided to give it another shot after many months. BIG MISTAKE. Ordered one thing online and came in store to order the rest of our order to make a single substitution/removal. Was told upon entering that they weren't making sandwiches only burgers and salads. I asked for a refund for the order I placed online and with an attitude the worker says that I wasn't listening and they would make the online order just no other orders despite my online order being a sandwich. The logic is not there. She was incredibly rude and I will never return my business to this establishment.

The lady working was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Refused to make our sandwiches at 7:30pm. Even though they are open until 8pm.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IF YOU CANNOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS.
Also the person put the ausju in the bag upside down 2 times in a row. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
WHOEVER OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED.....
We had ordered one sandwich on line which she threatened to not make for us and refused to give us a refund.

The worst sandwich I've ever had. It was not a pile of shaved steak on beautiful bread like the menu showed, but a tiny ground beef sandwich. 16 dollars for for tiny amount of garbage. To be fair, great service, good fries, and amazing lemonade. I couldn't finish the sandwich it was so bad.

First time at this location. Got our sandwich and it was NOT cut down the middle, soggy as all heck, and made with no care in the world. We asked to have the sandwich remade and cut evenly so we each had a whole half to eat, and the girl tried to tell us that they’re not allowed to remake it or refund my money. Instead, we got a food card as a “sorry”.
It’s one thing to have a soggy sandwich if we take it home and it sits for a while, but when they delivered it to the table like that straight off the grill? C’mon.

I've been going to Bruce's for 20 years whether it was in coeur d alene or Spokane but the one in Cheney seriously has zero care in how there food comes out.
We ordered food online and went to pick it up and that was a 15min drive just to have then tell us they were out of bread. So I was like ookay and then they said we'll have a good night then started walking away into the office. I had yell to them and ask for my money back.

This pic was today and it's a steak Supreme sandwich that costs $13.35 and it was so soggy and the bread was so sad. Its the last time I go there.

Took my grandkids in on June 15th for an early dinner. The male cook and the female cashier were both very friendly and efficient and professional. Our order was completed promptly and delivered right to our table. Probably some of the best sandwiches I've had from any type of fast food restaurant.
