I absolutely love Bruchi's. I have been a customer for over 20 years and always get a sandwich when I am in town since they don't have them where I live.
Lately I have been going to the Cheney location. During the summer the flies were horrible and the bathrooms were super dirty.
This past week I went there and they used a dish with meat already in it to weigh out my meat. They threw it on a dirty grill that hadn't looked like it had been cleaned in days with burnt food surrounding it. He had gloves on but the same hand he touched the gloves with, he touched other food like pineapple and mushrooms which cross contaminated everything. He then cooked my food on the dirty grill.

I went for lunch with my son and had an amazing experience! I’m going to assume he was the manger Because he had a different colored shirt that he rest of the employees but he was so nice! He was very respectful with his staff! It’s so nice to see! Thank you for our lunch 😊

The guy cooking the food dropped his cooking utensil on the ground and kept cooking with it while preparing my food. I asked for them to put mustard on and the cook said the the other employee “they can put it on themselves”. This was my first time here not a good experience. It also looks like dog food and the bread was soggy.
