The whole place was poorly cleaned and was still pretty filthy. The food was good however the manager that was working there very incompetent and couldn't get the one lady working the front and drive thru change because he didn't know the code to the safe and even asked the line cook and got locked out of it for 15 minutes. It was hard to watch and the lady working the front did her best with what she got and was doing a good job!

This place used to be decent, but I'm not sure what happened. This is the third time I've placed an online order around 6pm. I get there just to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru with 2 or less cars. Only after waiting am I graced with cold soggy fries (I selected well done) and luke warm burgers. But hey, at least I got the shake I paid for this time.

Their slogan is spot on. Got a triple guacamole bacon type burger...omg it was so delicious!!! I will go back and spend the money to eat one of those again. Prices are higher than other fast food joints. But the burgers are huge. So ot matches the price.

Went through the drive through couldn’t hear the associate, when letting them know, he informed us that it’s been broken for a few months now. Noticed his headset was being held together by tape. This site needs to get it together because it’s seriously gone down hill the past few years. Prices are super high and quality and upkeep is down significantly.

Sloppy. My burger had at least 2 cups of mayo on it. I couldn’t even eat it. There was zero pride or thought given when making this burger. I will not be back.

The whole lobby needs cleaned badly we went it twice and it was the same sticky floors dirty tables and the area around the pop machine a gross mess and everyone standing around with no other customers so plenty of time to clean.Maybe the health department can give them some cleaning tips.
The food is always kinda mid, but the service and attitude I got from the person at the counter was incredibly uninviting and crumby. I literally asked to have ranch put into my bag, and when I was presented with my bag, which he filled himself, he put his hand into the ranch cup container waiting and looking irritated like he expected me to ask AGAIN for the ranch I originally asked for in the first place which wasn’t in my bag. This isn’t even the bare minimum to ask of someone, and I got terrible attitude for it. Neither me or my family will be returning
It is always dirty inside. The pop and ice machines have been broken for months.
The spicy chicken is spicy but not spicy enough. Love the blood orange baller.
I placed a mobile app order. Usually this restaurant gives very decent service. However, today not so good. If a cheeseburger is ordered you would expect to get cheese on your burger right? Especially if you are paying for cheese right?
