been coming to Carl's Jr for many years to get my 6 dollar jalapeno burger and love them. went here tasted like the lettuce was extra wet obviously not dried which affected everything else and was reallly gross, I should have stopped eating but hate wasting food but ended up getting severe food poisoning after consuming. Minutes after eating I was in a world of hurt and lasted for a good 3 weeks. It will be a very long time till I go back to a Carl's Jr. and probably will never get my favorite burger ever again. I have had food poisoning twice before but it only lasted 24 hours.

Unfortunately, the food here often leaves much to be desired in terms of freshness and temperature. It's almost always dead here, yet the only order will usually take upwards of 10 minutes. I will frequently be asked to sub out the main item of my combo, or my side choice, due to lack of stock. Only time I usually come here anymore is if I'm craving jalapeno poppers.
They are so slow. The 3 clowns working looked confused when there were 3 dine-in orders, then decided to close the lobby because they were "backed up." The food was good, and what you would expect from Carl's Jr., but that doesn't make up for the 24 minutes it took to bring my dine-in order out to me in a to-go bag.
If you are in a time crunch, avoid this location.

I got a double western bacon bbq, as always. It's been over 10 years since my last Carls Jr. visit. The burger wasn't juicy, nor was it tender. It was dry and chewy when it came to the burger. The onion rings were as i remembered (delicious) the bbq sauce, though sparse in content tasted great. The bun left me wanting worse than did the burger patties. I will definitely try an alternate Carl's jr restaurant in a different city. In hopes of that mess that always insisted great taste,will return and put that legendary Carl's Jr. smile back on my face. Honest.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a cheeseburger only mayo and ketchup for my son. I got to the window, and the lady asked if I still wanted cheese. I said yes, and still, they didn't put cheese on it. I don't understand, this has happened several times there to the point I usually say that I still want cheese on it when I'm ordering, and they still frequently don't put cheese. Why would I ask for a cheeseburger if I didn't want cheese. I would just ask for a hamburger at that point. I tried calling just to find out if there's a different way I should word my order, but they never answered the phone. I called 5 times over the last hour and nothing.

Went thru the drive thru the service was good but the food was wrong I asked for no tomato on my famous star and they put it on and my husband asked for no pickles and no onion on his burger and they also put those on....otherwise it's decent fastfood
