I fell outside the Einstein Bros at EWU and asked the older lady Heidi for some ice. She told me that I would need to stand in the really long line and pay for it. I realize customer service sucks but seriously compassion is free. She could at least have taken my money and rung it up later so I didn't have to stand in the line for 10 mins. Not great customer service Einstein Bros!

Terrible coffee and ignored my request on how to make my coffee. $7.50 for 4 shots of espresso and some cream is theft, but it's at a university so sure rob the kids whatever. But to ignore my order and hand me basically half n half for 7.50$ is rude. I waited so long that I couldn't ask them to remake it because the line was insane and I was late for class. Just disappointing all the way around.

Usually they have amazing service, but today I felt so gross by how I was treated. They wouldn't let me get my order because my name doesn't match how I look??? I the employee was so rude, and made me feel unsafe by how they were acting. They need to be educated on the fact that people are different or needs to be fired.

I have to drive all the way from Liberty Lake for a bagel, but they are totally worth the drive.Owner: I know the location in downtown failed, and sorry about that, downtown is terrible. But if at first you don't succeed try trying again in Spokane Valley or Liberty Lake, you'll see. Or release your secrets of how you make the schmeer.
