Wanted to have a treat with my family and turns out this place didn’t feel like keeping their hours. Maybe there was an emergency, but I won’t worry about trying them again. Don’t go here if you are expecting them to be open during normal hours….

I still haven’t gotten a response. The only way I can seem to get ahold of anyone is through reviews since sending a message through the website hasn’t worked for me twice now. I’m sorry but this is so frustrating. All I want are points for a purchase I made two weeks ago. I have a receipt for proof. Someone responded here and said they were going to get back to me and I haven’t gotten a response.

The flavors were disgusting. Had unfrozen liquid come out of some of the machines, and chewy gunk come out of another one. Amazing and sweet employee, but just a terrible experience.

Whitney was awesome with her patients when I was trying to figure out what goodies I wanted as toppings? so polite and helpful and super personable. A lot of different options and a perfect place to socialize with friends and family!!! 10/10 recommend this location!
