Time and time again I find myself coming back here for a good and solid dinner. Sad? Gerardo’s. Happy? Gerardos. Drunk? Doordashing Gerardos. Always smiling faces, kind staff and absolutely amazing food. The food is also about 2 servings a PLATE, geniunely so much food for such a great price. Keep it up guys, your restaurant is fantastic. I’ve visited locations in Spokane and this one still beats them in the game, don’t know what it is but I do know I’ll be coming back whenever I have the spare money.

We love Gerardo's! It's fast, delicious, and always consistent! Our favorites are the shredded chicken burrito Supreme and breakfast chorizo! The orange salsa is fantastic, but they also have super hot options for the brave. The staff is wonderful- always professional and friendly. It's definitely a great place to try if you love great food and a modest environment.

I honestly would give the food a different review. Because it was absolutely delicious. Intel not only myself, but my aunt as well pulled about 5 inch long hair out of our food. After bringing it back to the restaurant, they refused to give even replacement food. Let alone a refund. It was absolutely disgusting. So for that reason, I am giving Gerardo's a one star review. There. Customer service, it's horrible and clearly. They are not keeping up with code. I'm wearing hair nuts while they're cooking food. If you're grossed out by having someone else's hair and something that you're eating, I highly suggest. You go to zips. Just up The road or mcdonald's or any other surrounding restaurant.Because this was absolutely horrible

the food here is amazing! Visiting from San Diego, we just spent 2 months in Mexico. This is better than most food we ate in Mexico. The taco shells were a little chewy, but I don't think that's a consistent thing. It was late at night. Just a warning, the prices shown on the pictures in the Menu link in Google aren't accurate. However, its still a better value than the closest other Mexican restaurant. The salsa bar has some good authentic salsa, not too spicy. This will be our go-to next time we are in town.

The service was great. Girl behind the counter was kind and hustled to get part of my meal that was forgotten.
Only problem is... The food was incredibly bland. Especially for Mexican food. Super shallow flavor which NEEDED the sauces to save it. But even then the sauces and salad bar are mediocre. I guess they have free chips which was cool but even they tasted a little weird without any salsa. Even the sauteed seranos tasted soooo bland.
The place was empty when I showed up to lunch time and it smelled nothing like food being cooked. I should have known better.
