Ordered online and waited 20 minutes before going in to get my food, after going in I still waited another 20 minutes because they didn’t make my food until I got there so it completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. On top of that they got my order wrong. Poor establishment all around, if this wasn’t Google then I’d be a lot more descriptive about how I feel.

Ordered a combo and only got the sandwich and drink, no chips, L delivery in my opinion, was like two bucks that I payed for it and tipped like 3. Coulda at least made sure my order was right. Also ordered extra meat and didn’t get it. For 20 bucks I’d expect better

Got JJ’s through doordash. Die hard fan for the #12 beach club with bacon. Best sandwich hands down but they forgot my bacon this time. I called requesting a refund to the bacon because at the end of the day it is not a big deal and these things happen sometimes. Whoever was on the phone quickly said they’d remake it and re-deliver it to me at no additional cost. (this was a giant sandwich) so they basically sent me 2 more sandwiches. I’m incredibly impressed with the fact that they would go to these lengths during what i would assume is dinner rush. Don't get a sandwich from any place else! If management is reading this your TM’s working 8/5 around 6pm are stellar and you’ve got you better make sure they know it!

Went there two weeks ago. The lady working was rude when we asked if the sandwich we ordered had cheese and sauce on it. She rudely says do you want to know everything on the sandwich ? after getting the sandwich it had no cheese or sauce won't be going back subway is better and cheaper.

Asked for no lettuce and no tomato and they still put it on the sandwich my brother ordered all his sauces on the side (because the bread tends to get soggy when you add oil and vinegar) they put sauces and the oil and vinegar on his sandwich (so his sandwich showed up soggy) but they also gave him more sauce in little sauce cups. We understand mistakes happen so we will go in sometime and see how it is in person

Messed up all 3 of my sandwiches. The staff seemed like they just didn't care to be there. Almost like they pretend not to understand. Been here twice same level of service. Won't be back for sub par service.

Very slow to get orders out. Only 1 girl preparing sandwiches while another just stood there lost and confused-assuming she was new but with that said she took no initiative to do anything. Very unorganized process. At least once we finally got our order it was correct, last time it was not. Seems the workers have no clue when they actually have to work when it gets busy. Blame manager for lackluster training.
YUM! Who doesn't love hair in the mouth after a long day? Leave your dogs at home or use a lint roller. ffs

Please be better about scheduling your staff. Only two people were working on Sunday and severely understaffed. They were clearly struggling trying to take orders and getting people their food. Sat in the drive thru for one hour with five cars in line. 3 in front of me. Not blaming the staff. Blaming the management. Felt really bad for the staff that were working there.

They never include what I ask. They never do extra lettuce, or cut them in half when asked to do. The turkey was so thin I could see the bread. I spend 60$ a week and its just gotten worse. No more.
