McDonald's customer service was definitely not good today. We had to wait forever and then got served the wrong size drink but charged for the larger one. I will say that I Love their Mango Pineapple Smoothies! 😁

Voodoo “Cursed” On you
Upon entering this Establishment we were greeted with flies and did not think anything of it until we sat down. We were greeted with a disgusting amount of flies i personally killed 27 while we ate and the windows and surrounding tables were crawling with flies, the amount of flies made me think there must be some rotten food somewhere to make this place a breeding ground. We will not be returning to thi McDonald's.

They're always extremely short-handed. And there's no garbage cans outside close to the doors. But I'm guessing that has a lot to do with the owner definitely not to do with the kids that are working

This location is unique to other McDonalds. It doesn't have the ever so frequent ice cream machine breakage in the evening. Their ice cream machine has been broken for several months. Anything ice cream - just find a different place.

I was in the drive through when suddenly I suffered a medical emergency where my blood sugar tanked while waiting for my food. It was a terrifying moment where I was incredibly confused, not in my right mind, shaking and not in control of my own body. I tried to explain the situation to the workers while I was experiencing it, and they were so incredibly understanding and kind. I’m so sorry for confusing them, and I hope I didn’t ruin their shift by this terrifying experience. They were all really helpful and kind and gave me liquid sugar while I was parked. Single handedly the kindest team I’ve ever experienced. You are all wonderful people and I sincerely appreciate everything you did for me today.

To be completely honest, I am extremely disappointed in this location. Not only have I struggled with not receiving my meals I have paid for, but also meals missing eggs, or toppings on breakfast sandwiches and burgers. Also the people are super rude and not kind at all. I wish going to this location wasn’t dreadful considering it’s the only one in Cheney.

Wouldn't recommend this it was very bad. They scammed me for 2 burgers and bad service, they were really rude and couldn't refund us at all.
