I don't know why I keep ordering from here. I order with soy milk and no whipped cream, but they repeatedly send me whip and regular milk. Multiple drinks have gone down the drink and I can not get a refund from door dash. Do not order online.

i’ve been going here for years it used to be so much better. unfortunately for the last year, every time i go, the drink has no flavor. even other starbucks locations. it just tastes like milk you can’t taste the coffee at all and if i do taste the coffee it’s the worst coffee ever either burnt or just bad quality. not sure if it’s the changes from the company that’s got to be it because i don’t see how every single starbucks barista can just be bad at making coffee? i think starbucks has just gotten very stingey. even when i pay extra for more syrup or shots it still tastes like milk how does that even happen?? i am always disappointed. thankfully we’re in the pnw so there’s a lot more better coffee shops that actually give you a good quality coffee, not the worse milk/coffee you’ve ever had for $7. it’s just crazy to me the price and quality that starbucks provides it just gets obviously worse and worse it is absolutely insane to me. save your money on starbucks and go to wake up call or literally ANY other coffee stand.

I normally go to Starbucks twice on Mondays to kill time before and after my kids’ drop off and pick up school times. We used to go to the Starbucks by the Petro gas Station next exit over, but they were constantly Out of Stock on their food items.. so far this location has been in stock on the food items ?and their customer service is great too!! Very friendly staff!

Very friendly staff, and fast. Drive thrus go quickly and instore orders are never a real wait. Food is good and the preset drink/coffees mentioned on the wall are varied and a treat.

I go to the this Starbucks at least three times a week. Most of the time they do amazing at their job, and I appreciate them so much! The last couple times I’ve gone They have gotten my order wrong. I am lactose intolerant (I order oatmilk) and multiple times i’ve seen them put regular milk in my drink and on the cup It says 2%. Today I ordered a turkey bacon cheddar, egg white sandwich. I took a couple bites and found there was no turkey bacon or no cheddar and it was just egg white and bread. kind of disappointed with how expensive it was.
I came in about 7:45 in the morning, and there was a bit of the line. But Jordan was absolutely amazing, she was calling out when she was starting people's drinks and letting them know "I'm starting yours next" "working on that (drink) for you" made waiting feel less endless. Awesome service from her! All the staff was very warm and welcoming
