10 am... 10 am.. 10 am.. has been for years ..please guys..
They have Amazing service, fast and friendly employees. Very clean store and super delicious food. Definitely recommend if you need something quick and yummy. Even if one person is working and another is on break, they always manage to handle the rush in great time and are very polite :).
So 10 am.. not 9.. for people who keep forgetting the last 2 years it has been 10 am and will not change a time soon.

I’ve never had to leave a review like this before, but my experience at the Cheney Subway was unbelievably bad. The woman who helped us was rude from the start—rolling her eyes at customers as they walked in and treating us like we didn’t know what we were doing. When we tried to use two coupons, instead of politely explaining the policy (like “sorry, we can only accept one coupon per purchase”), she just snapped “we can’t do that,” scoffed, and acted short with us. She was also painfully slow—we were second in line and still waited nearly 40 minutes just to order. She didn’t even make the sandwiches correctly—I asked for pickles and she never added them. We also ordered a cookie, and she didn’t give it to us until we asked again. When we did, she scoffed and handed it at us rudely. At one point, she misheard our bread choice and started slamming the bread drawers and rudely placed the new loaf on the counter. She even picked fun at the way we spoke. On top of the behavior, her appearance was very unprofessional—her hair looked greasy and unwashed, like she had just rolled out of bed and come straight to work. It felt unsanitary and made the whole experience even worse. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway.

Order through the app and got it delivered it was wrapped and in the bag. It was a big sandwich. I ate half of it, but it tasted strange. Like mold. But I couldn't see anything.
I picked up the other half, and there was a maggot on it. A live fly larva, indicating improper food storage. My one-year-old and I ate half the sandwich. These maggots carry salmonella and other intestinal viruses that are even more dangerous than salmonella. They are offering free sandwich. No refund was offered. I don’t want a free sandwich with more maggots. Very disappointed

I was part of a big group lunch order where I ordered a steak and cheese protein bowl. When I received my order out of the group order, there was absolutely no protein (steak) in the PROTEIN bowl, just vegetables with my choice of cheese and sauce. I called to inform the store that there were two orders messed up: the protein bowl and another sandwich of my coworker's. The employee gladly said he would fix them, as he is the one who made the orders (he said that he was rushing through the order so some things might have been missed). I understand rushing through trying to get multiple (and large) orders finished in a timely manner, I have worked in food service myself. The employee apologized and said he would remake my protein bowl and my coworker's sandwich. When the fixed order(s) came back to us, there was still NO PROTEIN in my protein bowl that was supposedly going to be fixed. I did not want to call a third time and risk having my order messed up yet again. I am not necessarily upset by this situation, just disappointed that it happened a second time. I hope that in the future the employees will make sure to double check the orders so that nothing major (protein in a protein bowl) is missing......

Aiden was just the goat he literally slayed us and was the kindest employee. He was so sweet and me and my friends couldnt believe our eyes. The food was giving 5 star gordon ramsay chef!!! He deserves a raise immediately please thank him for his hard work
