Updated review: treats are 5 star absolute scratch made deliciousness. You won’t find a store bought item that comes close to comparison. Adorable little shop with great, unique candle and gift selection. 4 star only because logistics and communication about hours could use improvement however it sounds like that is getting resolved. **If you are going to entertain and order through Eagle Bites for delivery it’s best to double check with a phone call that they are open as they are a small op OR just order ahead directly to ensure you have your goodies**

The Bad-The owner's mom seemed exasperated to talk to me-The "Cherry Boba" is milk tea with cherry popping boba, which those two just don't mix. Not to mention that boba vs popping boba is as big as the difference between chicken vs bbq chicken-I was told the health department doesn't allow seating inside-The owner's mom shoed me out to go get lunchThe Good-The inside is pretty-The prices are fair-Baked goods are okayThe bottom lineI think it's quite disrespectful not to be there or leave during open times because as a customer if I don't know if you'll be there or not I don't want to make the effort to travel for a maybe. Especially, if I have to take a 10 min bus ride to get there, see you're not open, and wait 30 min to take a 20 min bus ride home. Also, the lack of boba knowledge could be quickly resolved with a google search. It's okay to not know about boba just don't try to sell it if you don't. But once these issues are resolved I think it'll be a decent shop to go to for a baked good, so I hope the shop the best and that they do well :).

Super cute little shop! I love to support local ALWAYS! However, when I went in to ask about cakes today the owner seemed very annoyed and was pretty rude. I asked about getting a cake tomorrow - I get it, that may be too soon- but when I asked her for future reference how early I should order cakes she kinda seemed put out that I was asking. Told me that it depends- but at least a couple of days- but can’t be sure. She then left to go to the back room - which she announced loudly.I did buy a couple cute things from the shop- but no one talked to me while I was shopping. I’msure they’ll pick up their customer service game so I won’t count them out just yet.
