The last 4-5 time in to this establishment we were served by Dillon. He is a fantastic manager. Very professional and and could tell that he cares about how his business is doing.

The lobby was sub par in cleanliness, the staff wasn't very helpful at all when it came to finding info out on specials. They seemed to be in a hurry. Ignored me when I tried talking to someone about my order. The lobby floor and a couple of tables had wrappers, liquid, or something on them that made then sticky. Maybe next time will be better?...

I’ve had my order messed up the last 4 times I’ve gone by the same person… I’ve grown up in Cheney and always loved the Cheney Taco Bell until this girl started. I’m tired of being upset over my food.

There’s no way the store isn’t open during its posted hours because your managers only had one single person opening. Your managers need to learn how to keep every shift staffed, and that poor employee needs a raise.

Update: Went back at 4:00PM instead, the person running the window was either geeked, socially inept, or just a rude lady. She SNATCHED my card and practically threw my food at me, and seemed annoyed that I was ordering food. The quesadilla wasn’t even good, and they couldn’t even melt the cheese all the way. Mind you it was dead, so there wasn’t even a reason to be so curt.

The person taking the order was fine. Standard experience for a taco bell. except the supreme taco came broken with like 5 pieces of lettuce 2 pieces of diced tomato and the sour cream was on one small edge of the shell. This taco bell has been on the decline for quality for a while now.
