I’ve had my order messed up the last 4 times I’ve gone by the same person… I’ve grown up in Cheney and always loved the Cheney Taco Bell until this girl started. I’m tired of being upset over my food.

There’s no way the store isn’t open during its posted hours because your managers only had one single person opening. Your managers need to learn how to keep every shift staffed, and that poor employee needs a raise.
Update: Went back at 4:00PM instead, the person running the window was either geeked, socially inept, or just a rude lady. She SNATCHED my card and practically threw my food at me, and seemed annoyed that I was ordering food. The quesadilla wasn’t even good, and they couldn’t even melt the cheese all the way. Mind you it was dead, so there wasn’t even a reason to be so curt.

The person taking the order was fine. Standard experience for a taco bell. except the supreme taco came broken with like 5 pieces of lettuce 2 pieces of diced tomato and the sour cream was on one small edge of the shell. This taco bell has been on the decline for quality for a while now.

Oit of all the Taco Bells I have been to, Cheney is probably not my favorite. My boyfriend just quit yesterday because Taco Bell wouldn't keep their word and one girl wouldn't stop nagging him so he quit. My boyfriend also told me that since he started there a lot of people quit working at Taco Bell because of one person and no one is doing anything about it at Taco Bell because according to them she is a great worker but everyone hates her. She deserves to be fired instead of letting her continue to bully employees. There are more people quitting then there are people being hired

DoorDash driver here. Every single time I am in the drive through at night and get told to go park in the front since the order is not ready yet, they ALWAYS forget to bring it out and I end up having to either unassign the order or go back and wait in the long drive through line.

Stopped to pickup a few tacos to take home. I like crisp corn tortillas. Took them home and found that had been wrapped in a new fancy paper and they had totally dissolved into a pile of something with no sign of a taco shell. It was so bad I couldn't even drive up the energy to find fork to try to eat it.

I have gone a few time's, order wrong every time. Ask them to add something extra, they remove something else while making you pay extra for the other item. Tried to get something without sour cream, they messed up. Walked up to have it fixed, done the exact same thing all over again. So advice sit there go through everything, make sure your oder is done correctly.
