I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

Thomas Hammer Coffee might have made me the worst cup of coffee I have ever experienced. I am a student at EWU, and occasionally I like to go down to the Library to get a cup of coffee. Typically my cup is smooth and delicious. But today, they made me the worst cup of coffee and I don't understand why? I asked for a 20 oz Americano, with Cream (not 2%) and Raspberry flavoring. When I received my cup, it had almost no cream and was barely flavored. When I sipped it, it tasted like someone pissed in it (I like Black Coffee by the way). Honestly, I wish I had gone down there and asked for my money back because I regret having spent $7 on a gross cup of coffee. The nasty drip at Dutch Bros is better than this, and I'm sad to see that. This experience simply ruined it for me. From now on, I will be bringing a thermos with my own coffee blends from home, and ditch spending any money on behalf of convenience. This was so sad for me.

I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.

First off this is the speediest service I have ever gotten from ordering something online. I Literally ordered my coffee online two days ago in the dead of night as a “ treat yo self” thing. Not even two days later UPS comes and throws the coffee at me and I’m like ??? And he’s drives off without another word. I can immediately smell the coffee from the box and groan because surely it must be open. No, it’s just that fragment.

I don’t live near a Thomas Hammer so I don’t get in often, but I recently went to a dentist appointment down by Mead HS and had the most delicious Jack Hammer and shortbread with a lemon glaze. Absolutely delicious and the service is always great

Nice spot for a coffee, I was told by my American buddies that coffee here was great, I liked it. However, there is something to be said for American coffee, as an Aussie it is rare to find one just right over there, nothing personal, it is just very different to what we do over here. Only an Aussie would understand what I mean. I enjoyed it all the same.
