Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, and hands down best coffee in the area. Great atmosphere, great staff and great food. LOVE coming here!

Best coffee shop in town! Also we love the owners! And if you are ordering coffee and are thinking about trying one of the toasts, DO IT!

Door sticks, but the shop is in a historic building.

Dietary restrictions: 2 non dairy milks

Parking: Lots of parking nearby, limited parking on the street.

Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to enjoy being there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sticky door, but someone will help. It's a cozy but not tiny place.

Stopped by for a latte, which was really good! Made from scratch too. WiFi works fantastically for day away from WFH (work-from-home).

Didn’t try the food. So no comment yet.

West Plains is a uniquely fabulous place that you've got to check out if you're visiting Cheney or here for a couple years as a student. The sense of community is REAL! Most engaging baristas you'll find. Outstanding pastries (Cake Friday during the academic year will have you wrapped around its little finger). Inventive toast-based menu. It's an awesome place to work for a few hours, or to treat your friend to.

This is THE spot if you're looking for a café in cheney! The owners are some of the most caring individuals I've ever met and really care about their staff and craft. The staff is hard working, friendly, and always seem like they love where they work. Their food is incredible, and their coffee is even better. This family owned Café is the only place I'll visit if I'm looking to sit down and have some incredible coffee and food!

West plains never disappoints! The baristas are all super sweet, it is a great community spot with delicious coffee. Very comfortable inside, my 11 month old crawled around and enjoyed looking at the book selection for kids. My only request is you open a shop in Lebanon, OR so I don’t have to drive 7 hours ?

I was visiting from out of town but needed a place to get my work done. West Plains Roasters had really strong WiFi and ample seating that allowed me to stay awhile. Loved the atmosphere, their coffee and pastries were so good. All of their staff were friendly as well! Would definitely recommend!!

Came in around 12 and ordered Hans toast, while it was in the process of being made I asked for the Sriracha mayo to be left off, I was told no modifications could be made. I guess asking nicely to leave something off that I paid for is not aloud as a paying customer here.

Me and my daughters experience wasn't like most. We came in later in the day right around 2:30 pm ordered a lemon raspberry something.... Didn't really look great but my daughter won a $20 gift card so she was using it. I tried it after she gave me a disgusting face and oh my all the cut edges were hard the very center was soft this cake was like I said we came in at the wrong time of day.... Nine dollars for that piece of cake was robbery. I didn't realize she was charged for the sticker that costed are three bucks and the receipt says large but it's not much bigger than a quarter. I myself will not be going back there. Whoever made that cake should feel ashamed how that went out. That probably should have been tossed rather than sold.

The coffee, staff and food are great! Love their self-made flavors! One of the best lattes I’ve had around.
Sadly, the acoustics in the shop are so very bad and it gets loud when you get a a few people in there chatting. Fine if you want to visit but not for studying or working. Cute decor though :)

Cold brew was good. The toast was okay but pretty expensive for what you get. There are no substitutions on any of the food which is unusual to me
