The food was so delicious and I wish I had remembered to take some photos! Our table had Pollo Asada Nachos, Pork tamale side, Tacos De Lengua (so tender!), Camarones A La Crema, Carna Asada, Chimichanga side. Everything was delicious, kind and quick service. There was no wait time when we arrived at noon on a Friday. The plates are huge! I'm already looking forward to our leftovers we brought home.
We will definitely remember to take photos on our next visit.

I would like to give this a good rating, because the woman serving our table was an amazing, hard worker, and I believe so were the other two or three people working there, but the food just wasn’t very good. The few fresh items tasted like they were very old and the beans were just plain beans that seemed as if they were kinda dumped from a can (no seasoning). The veggies on my plate had a limp texture and tasted sour, like they might have been going bad. My other family members also were commenting that the food didn’t taste very fresh. We also had much difficulty getting my daughter, who’s in a wheelchair, through the front door because they had one side of the narrow double doors locked. It didn’t appear there was any AC either, and since it was 90 degrees outside it was very warm inside. But the service was great! This should not reflect on the hard working waitress and waiter who were amazing! Unfortunately the rest was just not very good. 😕
Good place great service
The best customer service hands down!! The food was amazing! The quality was top notch. Very pleased with this business. We will return and recommend.
Great food, and waiter! Surprised to find great Mexican food in Chewelah! We had the special and a tostada, Cadillac Margarita and a Coronita, fabulous!
House made Salsa is one of my favorites... I even purchase it in a large To Go cup to consume at home. I like Arroz con Pollo and also the Vegetarian Fajita's (has more vegetables than chicken fajita's) then we have them add the grilled chicken on top. My wife also frequently has Mexican Stir Fry.
Ronnie and I had a wonderful lunch here plan on going back so delicious

Service was highly attentive. This has got to be the owner! Very pleased with the food. After living in So Cal for so long I've gotten picky about Mexican, the waitor was good enough to steer me away from choice one when i told him i have a hard time with spicey. The other tables that got seated after us were greeted promptly and settled in quickly. They could be a little more tidy.
Kid-friendliness: They do have high chairs, and background hum is enough it'd be okay to bring toddler. Did not have young child in our group. Not that they are overly kid enticing, but it would be a safe bet.

I got the chicken mole special, it was 18 dollars, it’s on their menu and their was no discount even though it was the special of the day, mole was decent but the portions were disappointing for the price, less than a half a chicken breast and 3 corn tortillas with a small portion of beans and rice, third time I’ve been there, last time I will be there.

Stopped in for a beer while waiting for our pizza from next door. We enjoyed an ice cold Modelo served in an ice cold glass! We returned two days later for lunch and oh my goodness…..what fantastic food! The salsa is seriously addictive and the fajitas were so full of flavor and cooked perfectly! For a small town restaurant, this place is the real deal!
