Stopped in for lunch on my way up north and had the Banh Mi, was incredibly tasty and satisfying. Nicely seasoned local pork patties, typical veggie fixin's, tasty sauce and kind of a hoagie roll instead of the usual baguette. Not 100% traditional for a banh mi but all the tweaks worked well. Since it wasn't clear to me from the other reviews / info, this is a food truck parked next to a brewery, not a brick & mortar restaurant. Only quibble was that it took surprisingly...
