The workers were so kind despite it taking about 15 minutes to receive my soft serve and burger. The food was excellent and the kind young lady, Elsie, who served me was so amazing. The workers were clean, nice, and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

The soft serve was off - a bit sour and left a tingly taste on the tongue. I've had DQ countless times at other locations and this isn't how it should be. I suspect machine isn't properly cleaned or improper storage of ingredients. Dangerous and could potentially cause severe health problems. Worried about others, I called within minutes of eating to inform them - couldn't go back in person as I was already in the ferry line. Employee thanked me for informing them but no refund or other reassurances given. Needs better management. Be careful here.

Drive through tends to be slow. Window servers are not fast, but pleasant. Sign taped to window encouraging tipping is a piece of cardboard held with duct tape. Very tacky. I always tip there.
Burger was average but the lettuce and onions were fresh and crunchy. Don’t know about their tomatoes, as I don’t eat them.

Worst service ever. I was with my family, my dad and I, my mom, my sister's and one of my sisters boyfriends. We had orderd before them. They got their food first. Then it took 30-35 minute's to get food that wasn't even what we had ordered. And people who came in 10-15 minute's after us got their food too. We got a refund and left.
Me my husband and 2 kids went in there and each ordered an ice cream and we ordered some food for the kids. We sat down at the table and 35 mins later we got the chicken strips and a blizzard. Lady’s hands were covered in my blizzard and it looked so gross. Asked if we were missing anything and advised missing 3 ice creams. 25 mins later of waiting it never came and we left. Definitely the worst restaurant on the island by far. Change of management is obviously needed.

I would not even give one star if it was an option!!! I would avoid this place like the plague! And I live on island. Today was our last visit as a family! They have screwed up our very simple order the last 3 visits, and don't bother complaining, they will just spit in the remade food!! To say it's disappointing is a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I understand it is a fast food job, but man, look for a different job if you can't stack a patty between 2 buns and serve it hot, as ordered!
