The food is really hit and miss. You can have a double burger with bacon one day that is awesome, and the next time it could be overcooked and salty to the point of inedible. This last time for me (and most likely last) had so much ketchup that I could not taste anything else. NOT GOOD.

I sat in the drive through line for 19 minutes before the car in front of me even moved up. I am not sure why food is taking atleast 19 minutes (not sure how long the car in front of me was there before I got there) but for a Thursday night that is

The food was cold and very expensive. I was shocked at the prices and the quality tasted like the food was pulled out of the refrigerator and barely heated up. The bun did not taste fresh.
The strawberry sundae was fantastic with big chunks of strawberries, and the onion rings were great too. The cashier was friendly and helpful in letting me know when the inside area and the kitchen closed. I plan to visit often and soon :)

food could be better, has a history of rehiring people that ASSAULTED other employees due to being understaffed, bathroom hall inside and outside smells horrid, treats employees poorly, drugs have happened inside the bathrooms on multiple occasions, and LOTS more. They don’t treat their employees right and the quality here is bad. I don’t recommend customers or new employees to come here ever.

Needs a remodel so bad and is so dirty inside. The high school aged kids are rude and don’t know who’s to speak to customers professionally. They can’t even count back change correctly. Pretty sure they are stealing the cash we use to pay, because nothing was finalized on the register. They handed me change and cleared the toll screen to zero. They also had to piles of bills and coins in a drawer that wasn’t the till. Never going back here.

Tried to go through the drive thru last night and it was a complete joke. The attendant said he couldn’t speak English and then proceeded to shout “bro! Bro! Bro!” I asked for a s’mores blizzard and they said they were out of it. I then asked for a strawberry milkshake and again they said they were out of strawberry and ice cream? It was the weirdest experience at a DQ and the owner should reconsider his employees or the franchise in general.Weird, didn’t get food or ice cream, kept getting called bro.0/5
