Love this place! Coffee is always on point and the staff is always friendly, which counts for a lot in my opinion.Worst way to start the day - being served by a barista that asks how you're doing but quite obviously isn't actually interested in your response - and then hands you a terrible latte.Best way to start the day - going to Southern Cross Espresso!!

I look forward to getting my yummy coffee from these amazing ladies on my way off the island! Sometimes I've even been known to drive the 30 minutes round trip to get coffee when I'm working from home.

Best coffee on Whidbey!
The iced chai latte was lovely! Not too sweet and the perfect amount. The chai was mixed in as a powder but tasted nice. The employee made it so fast.

Baristas alway cheerful and unflustered. The chai tea is the best I've ever had. Coffee/mochas are nice roast and smooth.
