Jamin' Java Drive-Thru Espresso

This is a gem of a coffee shop! I’m in town for a local fire and the coffee they make is the highlight of my day. It’s excellent, smooth and flavorful, and the people working here couldn’t be friendlier. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the coffee, but for the welcoming atmosphere.

Was told to wait in my car but noticed other customer walked up to the window and ordered and wasn't told to wait in their car. Also,they have a SIGN to walk up to window and order.

The girls at jam and Jova are always nice and friendly. Although there is a wait, the coffee is worth it.

So this place was close. They are slow frequently get your order wrong regardless of how frequently you order from them. I have been consistently been going to this coffee stands for ober 6 months. I've put up with the horrible wait times and watching them scoot thier buddies through the line faster while delaying me. I've also never even complained once or been rude. Always tipped generously and spent no less than 15 dollars a day 7 days a week.

Today was the final straw. We ordered our coffee online the night before. We thought what a great way to beat the line this morning at 6:02am they confirmed our order. I showed up about 6:34 am they still had not made my drinks. We sat there til my stepson was going to be late for football practice and I left without my drinks. Meanwhile im watching car after car pump through the drive through.

This business will never seen another penny from me or my family again. After months of watching the complete disaster that is jamming Java I belive it's a management issue. Problems such as time management and customer service skills fail from the top down.

Buyer beware this coffee stands costs you more than money they eat your time and not just a little either. I know we live that small town life but we have places to be and thier service is complete and utter garbage.

Remember this isn't based on one bad experience this is based on months of far more bad than good experiences.

best coffee place ever awesome staff

Where I work me and my coworkers usually order from here but recently they have been really screwing up orders. Me and another coworker even went in to order had it written down and it was still screwd up and when we tried to tell them how, two employees started yelling at me. Very disappointed. Customer is always right!!!

Stood at the walk up window. Waited and waited. Made eye contact with 2 girls. Ignored. No other cars were there. Just me. Cars pulled up and they raced to take their order while I just stood there.

The lotus drinks from here are super delicious, and they always have fun new flavors to try! All the girls are super nice and friendly. We love going here.
