First time to Colville. This was recommended by a friend from the area. Food was very good. Portions are generous. Service was very good.

This is a popular restaurant in Colville. It smelled good from the outside but our food was lackluster. I hate giving bad reviews but I would not recommend this place for anyone passing through. I'm sorry but I look out for travelers.

I have enjoyed Maverick’s many times. Always fresh and friendly service. Usually I get the chicken fried steak and now I have tried the burger. OMG. I would not have expected this place to be so delicious. Definitely order the Maverick Burger. Cheese, bacon and held together with a skewer!

Prime rib was just ok. Didn’t have much flavor. Was a to go order and they forgot my horseradish and side of ranch for my fries (the fries are pretty mediocre). Salad and breadstick was honestly the best part of the meal.

When we spend the night in Colville it will always be followed up with breakfast at Mavericks. Service and food are always absolutely the best anywhere. Even though we show up in a group 12 or more, we're never treated like we're an inconvenience.
Parking: On street angle parking with only one or two accessible spots.
