This place is truly a breakfast gem in Colville. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is always delicious, and they make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The blueberry pancakes are an easy 10/10 — absolutely worth coming back for.
The food is ok. The pastas are more like soups, the omelettes have raw vegetables, and the cowboy burger is just a regular burger (no bbq sauce). While everything does taste good, they seem to always fail on some level. The staff is friendly and the outside seating is great, but try as I might I don't come here very often because it doesn't make me want to.
We totally enjoy every visit to Mavericks. The food is excellent, the Service is over the top, staff is excellent. We are so Blessed and love the environment. Thank you for making us feel appreciated. God Bless.
