If u want to wait a hr just for your order to be cold and messed up then this the place for you

We waited at the first window for ten minutes without being acknowledged. Then the woman taking our order was very snooty and rude, just snapped out our total price. We ordered our food, and two meals had Coke’s. At the second window, a guy handed us a drink and said “Coke?” I said yes, as we had two of them in our order. He then said have a great day, so I reminded him we had a whole order, and he said “Oh. Well that’s why I asked. You said yes.” He then turned and ignored us, was gone for a few before coming back and saying “It’s being bagged now.” Then left, and we waited another 3 minutes before he left and the woman who took our order came back and without a word, LITERALLY tossed the two bags of food at me and left. I had two other things after checking the food that they hadn’t put in there so I waited. Then the lady came back and said “What?” And then went and got what I said they’d forgotten and she again TOSSED the smaller bag at me, and left. So rude. They weren’t even wearing name tags so I can’t report them. It was a red headed lady with curly hair at 4:30 pm shift, and a man with a mustache and long-ish hair and glasses on the same shift. McDonald’s, do better.

At this point is is comical. If you order more than 2 things, make sure you go and count to see if you have the correct amount of items. Hilarious. I don't think kids in this town can count.

Just got the most burnt burger on top of not getting my extra cheese I ordered and paid for
I've ever had at McDonald's today really kinda ruined it. First no Carmel frappe then sit in drive thru being the only car in line for over 15 minutes just to get my burger burnt? Probably not going to be going here again

The system was down so my mobile order couldn’t process but the younger guy there that works on the weekends helped get me my order. Very sweet guy and good worker!

I don’t think I’ve ever left this place with a correct order, A few things here and there is to be expected, but when I get every order with 5-6 items missing and messed up it gets to be a bit much.
I don’t blame the staff, I blame whoever is training and managing them, this isn’t a bustling big city, it shouldn’t be this hard.

Numerous times of waiting in line for more than 15 minutes, we orded Frappes and was told their FRAPPE MACHINE WAS BROKEN! This incident happens more times than normal. WHY can't a sign be put up letting customers know so they dont have to waste their time and others waiting in line. We have been having HOT weather lately, and we look forward to having a FRAPPE and the McDonald's Frappe machine is broken a lot. UNACCEPTABLE!

We ordered 3 burgers and some fries and it was 20 minutes to get. Our food was smashed up and our buns were soggy for some reason. Definitely suggest going to Zips or Ronnie D's.

By far the worst managment I've ever seen in a store, never have I had to wait 30 minutes for just a drink.

Manager was walking around yelling for the workers to “hurry up” but didn’t bother jumping in to help. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 hamburgers. Some people walked in after me and eventually just walked out because no one would come to the front counter to help them even though one worker in the back kept yelling “service counter”. Overheard the female worker at the drive through saying she just tells every car to park because it is easier and something about takes away the highlight that appears on the computer. Poor guy with the yellow vest kept running in and out of the door to bring people food.
Loud and chaotic! Will definitely go to Zips or Ronnie D’s in the future.

Charlotte, and Diana are doing an amazing job at keeping customers in the lobby happy. They are so very polite happy and ready to help. Plus they really are doing a great job at keeping the lobby looking beautiful and super clean. Thank you Charlotte and Diana for caring so much for us.
