First couple of times I’ve ever had this place and it was an incredible experience. Amazing coffee and extremely friendly baristas. Everyone was so playful and friendly. Warning though, they don’t have a clipboard or any way to physically tip (other than cash) so just ask them to add the desired tip to total :)

I accidentally walked into Ritzes when it was closed. (Downtown location) My drinks were made, and I’m so grateful service was so professional, even going above and beyond when they didn’t need to. I promise to return often during open hours! I need to try their gluten free snacks!
