We stood inside while there were others in line for 15 minutes not a single person had a sandwich made. The girl just kept doing other things. Very poor service

Dietary restrictions: I leave out the bread and just have the sandwich in a bowl chopped up. Yum.

Lifes Awsome

There was only one girl working, the service was rushed with one man waiting to order behind us. The vegetables were visibly old, lettuce limp and yellowed, olives browned/grey and soggy, green peppers had a brown/orange tint to them. All the vegetables were soggy (had no crisp) the under wrap for the paper had dried brown residue. Probably from being toasted but the origin of the brown “sauce” is unknown since at the time of being toasted there was only bread cheese and chicken.

The management between Chewelah and here is night and day. Colville appears to continuously understaff & the cleanliness shows. Due to understaffing the wait time is drastic. If you want a sub stop at Mr. Sub or keep on driving to Chewelahs Subway. I do not recommend this establishment at this time.

Food was good. Only one girl ran the whole restaurant, so she didn't have tuna or some of the ingredients we were looking for cause she was too busy helping customers. You really need at least two employees to get all the work done. She mashed the bread pretty good while cutting it in half.

Love me some subway. This location is great. My favorite is the outlaw sub ? My only complaint (nothing against this location) is the new prices. Subway prices are wild now.

Keep up the hard work ladies! We appreciate what you do. Staff was friendly and the sandwich was made properly and hit the spot ??

They didn't have a footlong cookie, and I called before hand, being told they had them, only to wait in line for 5 minutes and watch them be pulled away from me like a father who has just lost custody of her kids after a divorce. I am heart broken and have waited weeks to try this cookie, only for it to once again be ripped away from me after being so close to it. I know this isn't anyone's fault, but I am very salty and wanted my cookie

Eaten here a few times. Dealt with good and bad attitude employees. Foods good and fresh though they need to cycle out guacamole more often.

Vegetarian options: They have many veggies available.

Parking: Okay amount of parking as they are located in a mini strip mall

What an awful experience. I will never spend money at the store again. I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich was and he said a monster. I said OK let’s try it. I paid $16 for $12 sandwich because he did not put bacon on sandwich. He made me a basic steak and cheese. I asked for the green peppers and onions to be toasted on it, he forgot to do so, and was angry when I asked him to warm it back up with them on there, so they would be one. When I went out to the truck to get my wallet, he informed my fiancé that he can only do two sandwiches, because he really needed to close and go home. We didn’t even get the sandwich for our last kid, because he made it so obvious he was pissed off, so stuff around, mumbling, etc. that we just took her stuff and left. $50 for three sandwiches. Since when? Refused to honor subways buy one get one free promotion. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had a subway, they really put themselves to shame in comparison to the Chewelah subway and the service offered there.

Service is absolutely HORRIBLE here. They are difficult about everything, and especially rude when trying to redeem CORPORATE issued coupons. Avoid this Subway location, if you want to keep your sanity.

i havent gone in there for over 4 years. the last time i went in there there was one person was in front of me and was being helped. the was a second person behind the counter, took a bit to take my order. they were out of all but a few 12 italian bread. all the containers that hold the meat, cheeses and vegetables had ice in them. and the workers were always rude.and it had been that way for a while before i stopped going there. the tables were always dirty, and the workers were behind the counter doing nothing. and there were flies. its disgusting. iv been going to mr subs since then i highly recommend mr subs.. im surprised that subway subs is still open.

$13.00 for a basic 6in. And the smallest portion of meat. What a joke. Will never go back!
