Visiting from out of state and had a nice experience while dining in. I am a vegetarian and stopped here multiple times during my visit to order the crisp bean burritos. Right now 2/$3 a great deal.

Every time I go I go thru drive thru. I will be the only car in the drive thru and it still takes forever to get our food. The portions have gotten smaller but the prices have gone up. And the food looks like they just threw it together. Always sloppy.

been here, there seats are dirty and the floors are nasty, they don’t clean at all. it’s absolutely disgusting.

I went there after a event and the customer service was great, however the floors were disgusting and full of food and plenty of the food was microwaved, really not the freshest and would prefer better however it wasn’t terrible, dining space was mostly clean.
I've been getting their nachos and recently I found out I have to demand extra cheese I hate being mean but it seems I have to be to get my order right seriously what's so hard about putting more cheese on nachos if I'm paying for it I would like to have the cheese on it to find out the middle of the chips are dry and the lady on the phone this morning hung up on me when I was in the middle of talking to her. So guess what I get to get nachos somewhere else that will actually listen to the customer. If I'm paying for double cheese on my nachos I would like to see double cheese on my freaking nachos clearly these people don't give a s*** about their customers

Went there on Nov 22,2024 and waited a half hour for my order. There were at least 6 employees who were sloppy and unorganized. The food was the worst I have ever had and I have been going there for years. They changed the mexi-nuggets to some round disc shaped ones that look like the ones you buy frozen in the supermarket. Kitchen was dirty with food on the floor.
