Service has been crazy slow for a place that is supposed to be fast food. Tonight I went in to.order some tacos.....OUT OF BEEF! how does that happen?

Went there on Nov 22,2024 and waited a half hour for my order. There were at least 6 employees who were sloppy and unorganized. The food was the worst I have ever had and I have been going there for years. They changed the mexi-nuggets to some round disc shaped ones that look like the ones you buy frozen in the supermarket. Kitchen was dirty with food on the floor.

If you like "Taco Time" original and also like yakisoba or rice bowls this is your place in Colville. This time I had the smokey pork crisp burrito…. OMG - soooo yummy! With the new bbq/ranch dip sauce even better!
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian choices. Whether they're "marked" as such I don't remember.
Parking: Easy and plentiful parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: It looked as though it were easily wheelchair accessible.

They were busy, it WAS lunch time, but very pleasant didn't have to wait too terribly long. The food was good. The restrooms were pretty clean, but could use a good update. The whole place could use a facelift. I would go there again.
Parking: Hard to get out of the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are really hard to open, even for someone who is not handicapped.

What a nightmare, the whole situation. Was charged for food, given a receipt, somehow was given the wrong receipt... Then we were told we didn't pay for our food unless we had another receipt. Why would they have taken my card, and given me an incorrect receipt, y'all don't hand out 2 receipts. We left with no food and a $24 charge, a whole process dealing with the bank and fighting this charge. Absolutely will not be returning, you're better off going to Taco Bell.

The staff is normally more than friendly. The food is great. It does take quite a bit of time if going through the drive through but other than that no complaints. Other than the fact, I cannot get the stuffed mixi fries anymore.Those were my favorite
When you’re waiting in line and the folks in front of you order and the person taking orders looks at you and walks away, doesn’t acknowledge you and goes and does other things it’s time to go elsewhere. There were several other people working. It seems manners and other skills have been forgotten these days. I would have been fine if I would have been acknowledged, but to look at me and walk away I’ll take my business elsewhere

My husband and I went to this taco time for lunch on 7/31/24. Food was good as usual and counter service was initially good. The negative of experience turned out to be Johnny-the shift manager. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we happened to see what appeared to be our order, sitting in the counter. When I asked if the order was complete, the manager went off about how they had called our number (we didn’t hear it) and that fast food places weren’t table side delivery. That was rude enough but he continued to go on about fast food places not being table side service for the next 2-3 minutes. When I spoke to another worker, she apologized profusely and said she had told him to stop. In addition to going on about us, he was also very rude to drive through customers and everything he said was stated loudly enough to hear through the entire seating area of the restaurant. I’m hoping this review will give this young man a chance to learn better customer service. This has not been the norm at this location but it was off-putting enough that I would consider not returning if it weren’t for the other employees who were very polite.
