The best Zips in Eastern Washington. We have tried the rest. This Zips springs for quality ingredients. Everything tastes better than other Zips. Full breakfast, excellent service. Laurie is such a great employee. I thought she was a manager.

The two kids are doing a great job but obviously way over worked. Multiple occasions show swing shift needs someone else so stop being cheap.

First we ordered a peach and pineapple/passion fruit shakes. They both tasted like vanilla. I took them back to the counter and they gladly remade them. The sad thing was it was just syrup and no fruit. THEN, I got the Belly Buster I ordered. I was already in shock when I saw it on the counter. The burger patty was so thin and burnt you could actually see through it! The ham and bacon were also missing. I couldnt eat it, it was so bad. I did not send it back because I already felt bad about sending back the shakes. We will never stop there again!
