Stopped here for lunch today. Worst idea I had all day. Took an hour to get my raw chicken strips but I did get my milkshake right away which was completely melted by the time i got my food. There were maybe 15 fries with my 3 raw chicken strips. I was asking for my money back when my order was up because my wait was an hour already and people who came in way after me already got their food and ate and were gone. So I took my order and not my money back. Sure wish I got my money back after that order. I would never got back nor recommended anyone else going unless raw chicken and a wait is your thing. Best of luck if you do attempt.

Order the cod fish and fries. Fries were avrage at best. But absolutely do not get the Cod!!! It's was as rubber. My dog could even break it apart. My co workers were in dis belief when we couldn't pull it apart with out hands. Maybe it would should be made into a dogs chew toy.

Ever since they got a nice older lady named lori. This has been our new favorite place to go. She is the sweetest person we have ever met. She always makes sure we have what we need goes above and beyond. And even when the cook was being a huge jerk to her and all the other ladies there, she kept a smile on her face and made sure all of her customers were happy, you go, girl. You are the reason zips will have our business and we give you a five star rating across the board.I hope you never leave

We waited an hour for our food, all of our food was cold and several items were wrong. Tables were left dirty while the Four of their staff were standing around, yelling or making out. The atmosphere was so unbearable that we ended up cleaning the tables. We use to love this place when passing through but at this point it's probably lowest quality establishment that I've been at.

Went there around 6:30pm -7:30pm there service was horrible the girl working the cash register had no idea what she was doing or how to work the register her co worker who seemed like she was on a break kept having to help her staff were to busy talking instead of working the girl at the register has zero customer service skills my husband and I like zips but by far this was the worst location it was dirty there were flies everywhere our food took forever and when we got our order it was incorrect and it was cold . Seriously the worst zips location .

We got our food we ordered the Wranglers with onion and pickle and no cheese for my husband but it came back with cheese and I had no pickle and no onion and I was charged for the pickle an onion was not real happy they did refix it for my husband which was nice

We stopped in Zips for a quick breakfast sandwich and were very impressed with our sausage, real egg & muffin breakfast. The staff were all friendly, came by to fill our coffee. I saw plates of food going by omelets, pancakes ect. We definitely come for a Sunday breakfast soon!

Stopped in for a fast lunch. The girl at the register was sitting on a stool looking very bored the whole time we were there. Ordered a double bacon cheese burger that tasted good but had lots of fatty liquids dripping out all over the place... very messy. Also got the fish sandwich which was good and the best part of the meal, very tasty onion ring!

Service wasn't that great then when I got my food the fry sauce was disgusting and I asked for a large fry and got about the size of a small fry. The soda was also really bad. I al a hug fan of zips but I will never be going to this one in colville ever again to get that and how expensive it was. I will not be recommending this to anyone.
