I went here 17 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Every beer I had was amazing. At the time I thought they had the best beer I had ever tasted, and I look forward to the day I can return and see how it stacks up. I’ve since been to countless breweries, but this one is the only one that stands out the way it still does to me today.
Birdsview Brewery not only has amazing staff but yummy food, wonderful environment, and many great drink options. I love their non alcoholic sparkling lemonade, seltzers, and ciders while my hubby says on a regular basis that they have the best hazy IPA in the beer world. Cannot recommend them enough.
My friend & I stopped in here for lunch yesterday after our hike. The Bartender was rude & clearly had a bad attitude towards us. My sandwich was served cold & was supposed to be grilled. Looking at my bank statement this morning. It looks like she gave herself a $12 tip instead of the $5 I left, which I didn't think she deserved that either. I had a good experience 9 years ago. But this time around I was very disappointed. Especially as a server myself. Love the beer! Terrible...read full review
