Great place for breakfast in Concrete! We went there for breakfast two days in a row. They have a pretty sizeable menu with a variety of good options. Service seemed to consist of one server & one cook. The server was great. We saw her get pretty busy, & she handled it flawlessly.
I recommend the chicken fried steak, as well as the omelets. The cinnamon sugar waffle was amazing as well. Like having an elephant ear for breakfast. Lol. The place was pretty huge, with a whole back bar & stage. Very much had a western, Texas vibe, but that is to be expected with the name. Will def go back next time I'm out that way.

As vegetarians, our options here would be limited for any meal other than breakfast, BUT the breakfast was so good that I'm still awarding 5 stars. We had the Sisco Kid (eggs over medium, hash browns, cornbread) and the Bunkhouse vegetable omelet (with spuds (roasted seasoned potatoes)), along with coffee. Everything was excellent, with huge serving sizes and low prices. The eggs were truly over medium, with liquid yolks and solid whites, and the roasted potatoes were uniformly tender-cooked and tasty. If this restaurant were in the town where we live, we would be regulars. Our server was friendly and professional, attentive but not hovering, and service was fast. You can check my menu images to see all the veg options - not a lot, but they do offer a veggie burger. NOTE: There's a For Sale sign on the restaurant, so hopefully it retains its quality in the future (and best of luck to the owners).

Let me start by saying I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before ordering until now. We came in and were initially impressed by the decor and ambience. We found a sign saying to seat ourselves which I loved cause Im in a wheelchair and seating can be tricky. We found a nice two person option right by the bar. Immediatly I noticed the table is STICKY and gross.. I tell the waitress hoping she will just wipe it down a bit...nope she tells me it's just the varnish and walks away. As she walks away I can hear her shoes sticking to the floor...Im also noticing an off putting oder, No good food smells, Im becoming increasingly concerned about the hygienic issues so I ask my husband to check a couple other tables that are made of a different wood, no suspect varnish, ALL ARE GROSS. I'm done..I tell the waitress we won't be ordering more then the drinks and we want the check. She did offer to go cups and honestly seemed so much friendlier when she knew we were leaving..Weird but ok. So we paid $6 for our drinks , tasted them and had to throw them out cause they were soapy. I wouldn't send someone I hated here. First and Last visit

Cute decore, large tastey portions, friendly staff. Located in historic downtown Concrete Wa. My only detractors R very limited parking & sometimes the food isn't cooked exactly as requested but still very good.

We wanted to have dinner here today. There was nothing going on, only 3 tables occupied. Everything seemed old and run down, the seats were broken or repaired with tape. And for the most part swivel chairs. The menu was put in front of us, but after 10 minutes no one even asked for drinks. We then left because of the uncomfortable atmosphere and the poor service
