Great place for breakfast in Concrete!
We went there for breakfast two days in a row. They have a pretty sizeable menu with a variety of good options.
Service seemed to consist of one server & one cook. The server was great.
We saw her get pretty busy, & she handled it flawlessly.

I recommend the chicken fried steak, as well as the omelets.
The cinnamon sugar waffle was amazing as well. Like having an elephant ear...

As vegetarians, our options here would be limited for any meal other than breakfast, BUT the breakfast was so good that I'm still awarding 5 stars. We had the Sisco Kid (eggs over medium, hash browns, cornbread) and the Bunkhouse vegetable omelet (with spuds (roasted seasoned potatoes)), along with coffee. Everything was excellent, with huge serving sizes and low prices. The eggs were truly over medium, with liquid yolks and solid whites, and the roasted potatoes were uniformly...
