Horrible service from the man taking our ordered. Gave us attitude from the start for asking for a fork, we were told we would have to pay and we agreed. However the “Boss” said to just give it for free. He rolled his eyes and just had a nasty attitude.
Very bad service, a place that I do not recommend at

It is not worth returning again because the customer service is bad and they have a very bad attitude. They serve you as if you were asking for free food.
Everything we have had here is delicious! Favorite is the cheek tacos.

You will receive bad customer service and negative attitude even if you are being nice and polite. Never coming again.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. He was so rude and disrespectful after I asked a single question about an item.I ended up driving off! I do not recommend this place at all! Unless your willing to accept some disrespect from this man with no soul! If I could give a negative zero I would!

Drove up to order but when asking him one question and telling him what I wanted he rushed me very rudely saying “are you gonna order or not because we have other customers behind you” which was one car that just got there. Better memorize their menu before you pull up!

Whenever we road trip through farm country and rural areas, we make sure to check for any awesome Mexican food offerings in the vicinity. While this one had pretty good reviews I have to say my chicken tacos were incredibly underwhelming. My husbands carne asada burrito The Jamaica juice was awesome and the beans and rice were just OK. They did have a drive-through which was cool but we did end up eating at their covered outdoor front porch area. Any of the reviews around bad attitudes are probably entitled people who are looking for a bad time ans a fight anyways. We did not notice any bad attitudes.
La Herradura is a 5 star with really good options and is much better at service than several of the other locals. La Herradura offers much better offerings and provides the equivalent of your local burrito. We love this location.
