I chose the wrong option on doordash too remove items instead of adding which was totally my fault and they made it right and made me a whole new burger. Really appreciate great service like that and loved the atmosphere inside as well!

Ever since the new owners came in, Papa Rays has not been as good as it used to be and the quality of the food has definitely taken a turn for the worst. The pizza is almost like cardboard & bland. I dont even taste the cheese or the sauce! The beef patties for their burgers are again, dry and hardly have any taste compared to before. I've also had issues with my orders, missing toppings and drinks you name it, and the delivery fee they charge for it makes it hurt even more.

Day trip to Palouse falls and on our way home we were very hungry after the long hike. We decided to have pizza for dinner and what a delightful meal!! The pizza was great, perfect sauce, cheesy, and the fresh ingredients were truly the chefs kiss.. lol so if you find yourself in Connell stop by papa Ray's. You won't be disappointed

Very friendly service, with great food, and nice atmosphere! Nice taste in decor! Cell service is poor in this area (with att) but their free wifi works fine!
We had one giant pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and mushrooms. It satisfied two adults and 3 kids with a few slices left over.

Long time customer but since they were bought it’s been lacking. Rotten sauces uncooked pizza and wrong orders and it’s finally been to much. We like the delivery driver, but he’s not enough to stay.
They don’t have any quality control and the lady at the phone fails to listen to the orders and always forgets stuff like the 2 liter of soda or sending a double burger verse the bacon cheeseburger.
40 bucks for 2 burgers is sad, especially when they can’t get the order right.
Best of luck to your future endeavors but we are done.

I used to visit Papa Ray's frequently but I've moved from Connell since. Every bite of pizza I have had afterwards has been mediocre at best. This place is unbeatable and the Staff are amazingly kind!!!!!

I love this place. I loved the previous management and I really love the new ones as well. They are so friendly. They also strive to make sure everything was just right. I had one minor issue with my order once and the owner was at my table apologizing and fixing it right away. The new owner always asked my work group of there is anything they could do to improve my experience. Connells go to place to have lunch with my coworkers.
A hidden Gem!!!New owners but kept the same great menu and added new types of pizzas. Super friendly staff and quick service. Tried tandoori chicken pizza and it was absolutely delicious from their new menu. Highly recommended!
