I chose the wrong option on doordash too remove items instead of adding which was totally my fault and they made it right and made me a whole new burger. Really appreciate great service like that and loved the atmosphere inside as well!
Ever since the new owners came in, Papa Rays has not been as good as it used to be and the quality of the food has definitely taken a turn for the worst. The pizza is almost like cardboard & bland. I dont even taste the cheese or the sauce! The beef patties for their burgers are again, dry and hardly have any taste compared to before. I've also had issues with my orders, missing toppings and drinks you name it, and the delivery fee they charge for it makes it hurt even...
Day trip to Palouse falls and on our way home we were very hungry after the long hike. We decided to have pizza for dinner and what a delightful meal!! The pizza was great, perfect sauce, cheesy, and the fresh ingredients were truly the chefs kiss.. lol so if you find yourself in Connell stop by papa Ray's. You won't be disappointed
