The Brass Hub Coffee Bar

Had the pleasure of spotting the Brass Hub Coffee Bar while passing through Cosmopolis Wa., for the 1st time. And glad I did. The staff was friendly & efficient. My double-shot cappuccino, along with my wife’s chai latte were delicious. Thanks to our Barista. With several pastry options to mill over while looking into the pasty showcase. We decided to split a blueberry/lemon danish, which was delicious! In speaking to one of the co-owners. She mentioned they switch up their pastry selection options for their customers. Naming a cheesecake & almond danish as examples. Which I’d love to try someday. My wife & I will be in Hoquiam for a week next summer. We won’t hesitate @ all in driving the approx. 15-minutes south over the river to enjoy this fine establishment at minimum a couple of times. We enjoyed this bakery/coffee bar that much!

We tried the classic cinnamon roll, pizza supreme, chicken bacon ranch, and the strawberry poptart cookie. Everything was delicious! Our coffees also came out perfect, definitely recommend you stop by and enjoy this place!!!

There is so much to love about this place. The drinks are always amazing and they have the best drink specials. Their baking game is out of this world and they're constantly putting out new treats. I have major food FOMO, so some days I'm waddling out with an armful of new goodies. It's all been incredible.
What's even better is just how amazing the baristas are. They know their community (and my order and how much I love cheesecake) and are the absolute nicest people. Great place for coffee, for treats, and to leave smiling.

My family was visiting so of course we visited the local coffee shop a few times. The pastries you serve are always so delicious. Everyone was impressed. Delicious coffee, great service and even wonderful gluten free offerings. I’m picky about coffee and blessed to have this wonderful place so close to home. 🤎☕️

Random stop at this cute coffee shop! Got a decent coffee and a heated scone, a little small but delicious! Also bought a biscotti stuffed snickerdoodle, which was soo good! And a raspberry cheesecake that was also good but nothing compared to the cookie. Staff was also friendly! Wish this place was closer to home, as I’d be there often! Definitely will stop by again when I’m in the area next!

A true hidden gem in Grays Harbor. The pastries are always delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to a weekend. Everyone there's awesome and make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door.

6/5 stars for this hidden little gem. If you served me these pastries at a Michelin star restaurant I would tell you it’s worth it. The blackberry curd was one of the best pastries I’ve ever had. I would never have ordered this on my own but they recommended it and it was well worth it. Coffee was also really really good. Cinnamon roll 5/5. Staff was amazing and great service, great atmosphere of nice people. I’ll dream about this place for many years to come.

This coffee shop makes me so happy!!! I’ve recently returned since living in SF and LA for. 20+ years. This coffee shop reminds me of something I’d find on the west side of LA but with the sweet custom drink list of the PNW. I should have gotten a picture of it but I was enamored, like the fatty I am, by the pastry case. If your wallet has a weakness for pastries. Get in here! They look delicious and they do everything inhouse. The people working here are super friendly. I’m dairy free and the girl helping me took the time to look at the ingredients on her syrup and suggested a substitute for me. I’ll be back.

Specialty coffee prices, but the latte left much to be desired. Espresso was not dialed in; milk was scalded.

Staff were abundantly friendly; ambiance and decor were great.

The Dubai Pistachio Cookie Bar is AMAZING!

Such a cute coffee shop and a perfect stop on a road trip. Coffees were excellent and the service exceptional. We ordered a lemon raspberry sweet roll which was soooo good. Also a shortbread, cinnamon square which was delicious too. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Wow ? I cannot say enough! We stop by today on the way to town, we order two shots of expresso, latte matcha ? white mocha ☕️ and coconut ? pistachio bar. Everything was so delicious ?
The place is so charming, love all the plants. Service was excellent.

We stopped here for a little pick me up. Oh man. Best latte I’ve ever had! The customer service was also top notch. Do yourself a favor and stop on in!

And we came here for a little snacky snack and a little drinky drink.
