The lovely owners of this wonderful store saved my behind a few weeks ago. They are truly the most wonderful people. They let me stay in one of their cabins in a dire need. The cabins are so cute and cozy, very clean and comfortable. The river is just down the street, very peaceful in fall. The colors were spectacular and I saw an eagle fly over. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a way from the hustle and bustle of life. Although I was in a "rocky" situation, my stay couldn't have been more pleasant. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality!
They have non ethanol gasoline here! And they also have a stuffed cougar in the store.. You gotta check it out.
Wonderful place and truly an oasis in the forest.
The best rural PNW camp store and lodging around! If you’re looking for truly great pizza, forgotten camping essentials, or needing road trip snacks, this is your stop. The owners are the friendliest, kindest people and the folks they hire to help run things are not far behind. All cabins, campsites, and grounds are clean and well maintained, especially considering the far out location. Store, camp, and the people who man it are all rare gems, let’s keep it that way by being kind to them and leaving no trace!
Tammy and Laurie were so extremely sweet and helpful. Great place to stop for showers and any internetting (2 bars LTE) They have a very reasonably priced store with any essentials you’ll need, including ice. We will be back!!
Laurie and Tammy were very helpful and friendly! 3 dollar showers and fair pricing for food, beer, camping supplies. Pizza Saturday and Sunday, gasoline, and propane!
We stayed in a cabin that only allows 4 people. Cabin has propane lights, stove, oven and heated water. Cabin had comfortable beds with bedding and had basic cooking accessories. There is a bathroom in the cabin. Campground is small and clean, our kids could still ride bikes around a small loop. You can easily walk or ride a bike down to the river (not a spot to go swimming though). Camp store was stocked enough for basics. Campground makes fresh pizza on weekends, it was pretty good for hot and ready to eat. Close to many outdoor adventures. We highly recommend the Lewis Falls hike, stunning waterfalls within a 6 mileish round trip hike.
We really enjoyed this place! Service was friendly, site was clean, great location, pizza was good, and kids had a great time.
Friendly people and good selection!
The most glorious camp ground you could ever stay in. I have a cabin nearby and the store is a life saver.

Very nice campground and nice cabins, but we had a monsoon rain while we were there. We still had a good time; the weather just sucked. We will definitely be back sometime in the future. Also, when we got rained out at our campsite, we were able to rent a cabin for the rest of our stay. We got lucky, or we would have had to pack up and go home. The hosts were very nice and friendly.
This place is very relaxing. The owners are super nice
The hosts were so kind and helpful. We spent an extended weekend there, the cabins were comfy and well looked after. The location is incredible and so close to all the things! We really enjoyed our time there! They even have ice cream ready to go!
Such a beautiful campground and wonderful hosts. One of the best camping experiences of my life. We’ll be back for sure!!
Great campground owners are very sweet and accommodating
