This place is actually pretty good, considering it's fast food. Been there twice now in the evening and the kid running the drive thru window was great and helpful.

the service was bad and the fake prime rib burger was nasty with 2 little pieces of prime rib and about a teaspoon full of cheese in the middle only

Food quality was probably the worst Carl's Jr I've had in my life. The outside driving through the drive-thru look horrible the food matched which for me surprised me.

I came here 06-17-20 I ordered a #17 the 3piece chicken tenders with a fry and drink, I got the total opposite of what I paid for.I’ve called the store 7 times off and on and still no one knows how to answer the phone. (I’ve been calling since 6:30pm)

So just ordered 3 double cheese burgers with no bun. Most fast food places will ask you if you want them wrapped in lettuce. Not here they gave me a stack of patties and the cheese separate. AMD the cheese melted before I could put it on the meat . Also ordered 2 5 piece chicken tenders. Got one box with 4 in it. Hella disappointed.
