Currently in here ordering food and the manager Latisha is in front of me on break ordering her food. The cashier appears to be new and timid and Latisha is talking so loud to her that I can hear everything, she’s not very nice and clearly the cashier is intimidated. The cashier asks a fellow employee to help her (a young man who’s name starts with a K) and Latisha the manager says she’s going to write him up for helping the cashier because he’s supposed to be on drive thru duty. There is clearly no one else available to help the young lady. Someone from HR should definitely talk to Latisha about her people and management skills. Very unprofessional. Lost my business for awhile which is unfortunate because as a family of 6 we eat here a lot. I’d like to add that I’ve never written a review before, I’m not that kind of person, but this pulled at my heart strings as a mother who has a working age child, I definitely wouldn’t want my child to have her as manager. Have a little grace!

Like the food, service is good, though the breakfast burritos. Good, but um, the inconsistent sizes, some days they'll be about 7" inches long. Other days, they're about 4-5 inches long. It's weird, and the main reason I don't go to Chick-fil-A often is because of the inconsistent sizes of meals and menu items.

First time eating here, and I was happy that it matched up with the good things I've heard. Waffle fries were good, chicken sandwich was good, and the Chick-fil-A sauce is like honey mustard and BBQ sauce had a baby. Very efficient service at the drive through as well.
We usually have an awesome experience at any Chik-fil-A we go to. This one was an exception. We went when the playground was closed. However, there were kids going over the boundary to get in to the playground. No employees told them to leave. So, our daughter wasn’t able to play, after hours in the car on a road trip because we follow the rules, but other children were able to enjoy the “closed” play area. But that wasn’t the main issue with the experience. When a staff person brought our food for the table, we asked for a water for our daughter, and the employee said, “We are really busy, so you can go up to the front and order a water.” Usually, at every other Chik-fil-A, the team member asks if we need anything else and gets it for us. Instead, we had to get our daughter set up with her food, and one of us went to the front, asked for a water (with the same waiter standing right there) and got one and brought it back to the table. The food was OK. Overall, subpar experience and poor service.

Went for an ice cream cone tonight, wasn't really looking forward to it because lately they have been half the size and elsewhere at chick fil a they are large. I stopped coming here for 6 months because of it, I look forward to this because it tastes like what my dad made with ice and salt machineI must say I was so happy, this girl made a great size and I will be back to see if the size retains

I went with my dog (dachshund) two weeks ago and I ordered to go , waited like 15 min inside WITH MY DOG, everyone was really kind with me and my dog!!!!I went today with my dog again and a Lady from the restaurant, I don’t know who she was, told me “you have to go because of your dog”. This is so disrespectful, she didn’t ask me anything first and didn’t say hello. I was going to make an order to Go!I left right away, didn’t say anything to her and I don’t want to come back!Teach your staff how to treat people!The photo is when I went to weeks ago!
We love this place but recently we've gotten chicken that was overfried. Open sauce packets.
