“Relatively new location. Food is good and is same across the board for Chic Fil A - pretty solid. This location gets pretty busy during peak times, parking lot can be a bit difficult with the excessive line for the drive thru. At times the staff can appear to be lacking, possibly due to staffing. Overall pretty good experience, just plan to spend added time during peak hours.“

“I had a great experience at Jollibee Tukwila! The food was absolutely delicious. The wait was a little long, but honestly it was worth it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I want to give a special shoutout to Sherry (I think that’s her name). I was a bit confused with the menu, but she was so patient, kind, and willing to explain everything to me. Her customer service was amazing and really made my visit so much better.

“Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond! And of course it was delicious too!!“

“I love this teriyaki place. It is by far the best around and I’ve been to plenty of teriyaki restaurants. The food is always good and consistent. Same goes for the service. It’s very quick and the owner is great. My favorite thing is the teriyaki sauce which is made in house according to the owner. Will definitely be coming back for more delicious teriyaki.“

“Ezell's chicken strips are my absolute favorite. Been here countless times. Staff is always cool. The strips take longer to cook than I prefer, but they are worth the wait. Their fried chicken is great too. I just prefer the regular strips. I could eat them every day. All the food is very good though. The fries and/or fried okra are my favorite sides. We first went to the Maple Valley location and the girl was rude and no chicken was available because she wasd the only one there and didn't want to make it, she said. So we walked out, as she was texting on her phone. We then went to the BD location and have been back 3x's since.“
