A friend will surprise my kids with these as a treat every once in awhile. They normally have them delivered, so I definitely take that in to consideration. But the last few times we have gotten cookies, they have been hard. Like they have been left out for a few hours. In the past that's never been an issue. The kids don't really care. But when you spend that much money on something and they are kind of known for their soft cookies, it's a bit disappointing.
The staff are always super friendly, polite, and professional. Even when they are crazy busy, it doesn’t seem like I ever have to wait long. And while the cookies are quite sweet, they are delicious.
I sat in my living room chair in Maine while watching Oregon beating Illinois and ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered to my daughter’s house in Kent. Delivered in less than 30 minutes!! Top Notch!
