One of the better and more consistent IHOPs I've been to. The food and service are great. You have just enough time to enjoy a cup of coffee before your food arrives and they recognize when your ready for the check. Always a good meal at the Covington IHOP

Went for lunch place was empty which I thought was odd. 50.00 for 2 lunch and drinks crazy expensive! But service and food was the worst part! Our server was on her phone and another booth and my accidentally spilled his drink I was trying to get her to bring us some napkins to wipe it up so it didn't go all over our clothes. I ended up using kleenex from my purse. The food so greesy! Not good at all. Do better!!

My Sister was nice enough to order delivery for dinner so I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes! I was looking forward to the cheesecake and was excited when it arrived only to receive the plain pancake and the strawberry sauce. No cheesecake bites. Even the whipped cream was pure liquid. Extremely disappointed and guess I will be rummaging the fridge instead 😞
Unfortunately the link to attempt to rectify the situation sent to me an automated messaging system asking a bunch of questions I did not have the answers to because again, my sister placed the order and is out of town. No resolution and I feel like being sent to an automated system was kind of a kick while already down!
