This is a great IHOP. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. We were delighted how quickly the food arrived. I have discovered over the past 10 years that most IHOPS are slow and unkempt. This IHOP was different and exceeded our expectations. It would be great if other IHOPS were like this one. I gladly recommend this IHOP!

I have never tasted pancakes so good IHOP I love IHOP and today I went it's like my favorite one in my area and I normally get every time I go I normally get they bacon temptation omelette that is the best omelette that they have to my opinion I get a hash brown and four stacks of pancakes I just love them but today when I got there I looked at something on the menu that was new which was crepes I'm never had crates before this one I had had chicken spinach tomatoes and cheese and when I tell you that that set of crates was cooked to perfection I love IHOP food I love IHOP food So keep up the good work All the workers in there look clean and they looked happy and they looked very he interesting and interested and they really cared about their job you can tell sweet and polite so kudos cuz all IHOPs are not like this one

It always smells like a toilet every time we go in. Like. Number 2 and it's bad. It's been going on for months now, how has this problem not been noticed or fixed? It's as soon as you walk into the place. ASIDE from the literal smell of crap, the servers are usually friendly and on top of refills. The food is amazing 99% of the time (everyone has bad days). Just need the smell fixed, it would be 10x more appetizing to eat at.
My party and I came to IHOP for breakfast, 3 out of the 4 of us ordered unlimited pancakes and when we asked for more pancakes the only thing that was brought to us was our checks. Additionally, multiple members of the party asked for drink refills- water/fountain drink, and again, none was ever brought to us, tables around us received drink refills immediately, water pitchers were circling the dining area and we attempted to catch Walter’s attention so we could refill our waters, but we were ignored.
Also, when filing a complaint on their website it asks for a check number. I asked for my receipt expecting this to be the case, and it was not given to me. It seems to me like this was intentional. I will disclose that I am a young man, and I’m sure Walter was expecting no tip from me to begin with, but it is pitiful to see the lack of service due to an expectation and stereotype.

I haven’t been to an ihop in 2 years - but I’m really surprised on the cost post pandemic. Just wow. Also I requested a side of milk for my coffee and they charged me $3 for the small bit of milk I needed.
The food was just okay as well - I remember how fluffy the pancakes used to be - now the items look nothing like the pictures.

Walter needs to slow down. He asked us if we were ready to order 3 times in 4 minutes. Proceeded to spill a glass of ice water on my lap. I had to ask for another glass of water because he walked away. Brought us our receipt before we’d even finished half our meal. No discount. Forgot about bringing us a to-go box and brought another customer one who he proceeded to check out while we were waiting for him.
I forgot to mention he also took my plate before I had even put my silverware on it so he had to come back for it.

Thus location is very good. You get fast service and the people are truvery friendly. The place is very clean and the food is 10 out of 10. Have eaten here many times and flawless service. Food always hot and very food. I would highly recommend this location if you are hungry and want the best service. Plus the prices are very good they have something for everyone.
