Overpriced for what you get and food was under cooked

One of the better and more consistent IHOPs I've been to. The food and service are great. You have just enough time to enjoy a cup of coffee before your food arrives and they recognize when your ready for the check. Always a good meal at the Covington IHOP

Went for lunch place was empty which I thought was odd. 50.00 for 2 lunch and drinks crazy expensive! But service and food was the worst part! Our server was on her phone and another booth and my accidentally spilled his drink I was trying to get her to bring us some napkins to wipe it up so it didn't go all over our clothes. I ended up using kleenex from my purse. The food so greesy! Not good at all. Do better!!

My Sister was nice enough to order delivery for dinner so I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes! I was looking forward to the cheesecake and was excited when it arrived only to receive the plain pancake and the strawberry sauce. No cheesecake bites. Even the whipped cream was pure liquid. Extremely disappointed and guess I will be rummaging the fridge instead 😞
Unfortunately the link to attempt to rectify the situation sent to me an automated messaging system asking a bunch of questions I did not have the answers to because again, my sister placed the order and is out of town. No resolution and I feel like being sent to an automated system was kind of a kick while already down!

We are getting back to restaurant dining after 4 years of not dining out. The IHOP Covington experience was very good. We aren't used to waiting for food after ordering, but it was worth the wait. We chose the tacos, omelets and Strawberry Chocolate Pancakes. Everything was delicious and the proportions were large enough for tasty leftovers.
What a rip off! 34 dollars for bacon and eggs with coffee and a milk. And you only get 2 scrimpy pc of bacon. Never again!

I ordered the $7 French toast breakfast. The waitress asked what else I wanted so I explained how i wanted my eggs cooked. I got double the food I wanted and my eggs were not cooked the way I asked. Total was more than double than getting two $7 meals.

All the 1 star reviews are right. Underperformed. There were very few people at the restaurant, the food still took 40 minutes to come out. Give yourself more time if you plan to come to this establishment. The food was the typical IHOP experience. The extra wait time just ruined the entire experience.

Every once in a while you get a craving for pancakes ( or the people you are with do😬). That’s how I ended up a a mediocre chain. Some IHOPS can hit the spot. Not this one. Service was totally inattentive and slow. Table felt rundown. Food was flat. The bright spot is the kids meals looked good.
