Great people, great smoothies. But please, stop it with the self-serve kiosk. The kiosk is cumbersome, the menu does not match the larger menu displayed in-store, it is difficult to make modifications. This is an inconvenience pretending to be a convenience.

Never have been that great of a fan of Jamba Juice. They're overpriced for what you get. Sometimes the smoothies can be tasty, sometimes the food treats can be good as well. Most of the time the flavors are rather muted. I get it they're supposed to be a healthy option which means lower in sugar and higher in all the healthy stuff. Maybe it's me and my taste buds are messed up because I don't understand the hoopla.

The food is fine, I don't have any complaints there. However, I received my doordash order and my smoothie bowl didn't come in a bag, nor was it sealed at all. Literally just the bowl (the lid was on) on my porch. With food delivery you should probably have things in sealed bags.
