Have been going to this location for over 15 years
Service has been on a steady decline for over a year staff retention seems to be the main reason

Ordered a sub with specific ingredients
As my hot sub was being prepared the preparer came and got onions I asked that not for my sub I asked for no onions was told no Did not see any other sub being prepared
When the sub was brought out I asked again eye to eye with the employee that prepared the sub

No onions right. He looked at me smiled said no onions

Got sub home full of onions called store was told a manager would call the next day no phone call
As of 5pm.

On Saturday around 3:15 PM, my daughter and I walked into your Covington location and the experience we had was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we entered, not a single employee greeted us—no “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. There was a guy doing prep work in the back and another man at the front counter who looked me straight in the eyes, then turned back around and continued working on online orders without acknowledging us at all. We stood there for several minutes, looking over the menu, fully expecting someone to offer help or at least a sign that we mattered as customers in the store. After we had both decided what we wanted, the same employee turned around again, looked at us again with the same blank expression, and then just went right back to preparing online orders—still no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. At that point, my daughter and I had had enough. We walked out feeling completely ignored, unwelcome, and honestly disrespected. I understand that online orders are important, but so are the actual people who walk into your store. If this is the standard of customer service at this location, we won’t be returning. Do better.

Food is consistent regardless of who is working. Customer service is inconsistent depending on who working at the moment. The great customer service creates amazing atmosphere.

The nicest kid made me a couple subs, I think his name was Austin or Aidan? Very polite, tried to go as quickly as possible with a long line but took the time to make great sandwiches!

I normally prefer this location because the one in Maple Valley messes up my order pretty consistently, however this one messed up today. I ordered a Giant Chipotle Cheese Steak with extra meat and added bacon. I usually split this between two meals because it’s hearty, but today they left out extra meat and bacon. I normally complain and don’t do anything about it, but those two extras cost ~$12 so I’m quite annoyed today.

This was the second time that I’ve gone there when Phyllis was there. She’s provided me with great service both times and had a great attitude although they were busy and the customer in front of me was being very rude to her. Lord knows I wouldn't have been as much patience as she did with them. Thank you Phyllis!

Love their sandwiches, but been having bad luck with food quality. The bread seemed under cooked or missing ingredients wasn't looking like bread. Was missing meat from the itialian sandwich. Asked for Mike's way w/out salt and didnt get that. Over just disappointment. My husband got the tub he said was different but wish it came with a dressing to add seemed blah...
