I noticed expired food on the shelf and when I informed the person I was speaking to(Josh) said it was not his problem. He was rude the whole time. (Josh 0 star)

Came in tonight starving after seeing a Seahawks game. The gentleman behind the counter had a few people before us but greeted us right when we walked thru the door. He commented on our gear when we got to the front of the line and took our order. He was extremely friendly, personable, and he and his other employee made the best sandwiches. He had exceptional customer service and the food was fantastic. We usually go to Maple Valley but will be coming to Covington going forward because if this kind man. I didnt get his name but he was such a great guy and needs to have his manager aware if how fast, friendly, and efficient his service was. Thank you!

Awesome place to grab a sub/hoagie/grinder. This location always Clean and Fresh with quality food. Sometimes it reminds me of growing up in Florida and the East Coast Jersey Influence.

Always yummy and usually fast. Dedicated staff. Great place. I want to put in a word for the Chocolate Chunk. Cookies. We didn't like the texture. Almost like they don't have enough flour or too much oil. Not sure which but its just off.

Why they charge for a bag to put one sandwich in boggles my mind. Just a way of getting more money for something I don't need.

We come here for food between work meetings, and I understand that time estimates can't always be accurate. However, after being given our late (online) pickup order, it was wrong. Wrong bread on one of the giant sandwiches (white instead of wheat). The other was split into two... smalls? The size doesnt add up, shown in the picture. Very unhappy about this.

Have been going to this location for over 15 years
Service has been on a steady decline for over a year staff retention seems to be the main reason
Ordered a sub with specific ingredients
As my hot sub was being prepared the preparer came and got onions I asked that not for my sub I asked for no onions was told no Did not see any other sub being prepared
When the sub was brought out I asked again eye to eye with the employee that prepared the sub
No onions right. He looked at me smiled said no onions
Got sub home full of onions called store was told a manager would call the next day no phone call
As of 5pm.

On Saturday around 3:15 PM, my daughter and I walked into your Covington location and the experience we had was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we entered, not a single employee greeted us—no “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. There was a guy doing prep work in the back and another man at the front counter who looked me straight in the eyes, then turned back around and continued working on online orders without acknowledging us at all. We stood there for several minutes, looking over the menu, fully expecting someone to offer help or at least a sign that we mattered as customers in the store. After we had both decided what we wanted, the same employee turned around again, looked at us again with the same blank expression, and then just went right back to preparing online orders—still no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. At that point, my daughter and I had had enough. We walked out feeling completely ignored, unwelcome, and honestly disrespected. I understand that online orders are important, but so are the actual people who walk into your store. If this is the standard of customer service at this location, we won’t be returning. Do better.
Food is consistent regardless of who is working. Customer service is inconsistent depending on who working at the moment. The great customer service creates amazing atmosphere.

The nicest kid made me a couple subs, I think his name was Austin or Aidan? Very polite, tried to go as quickly as possible with a long line but took the time to make great sandwiches!
