Mizus has sure gone downhill... upon arrival we found that their flooring was peeling up in several spots and we watched people repeatedly trip over it. The bathroom was very dirty. Our waiter took so long to come over and take our drink order. When he finally came to our table he insisted he take our food order at the same time. Felt very ignored and rushed. The drinks took forever to come out and they weren't even busy. I would say about a third of the restaurant was full. Our cook was not the best. Dropping stuff, spilling, no tricks, not very social. He over sauced the rice (had to add more after asking us too sample it) over salty. And then he didn't cook our chicken and our salmon all the way. It was raw in the center and he had to put it back on the grill. They didn't bring our sons steamed rice until after we were done eating. And he got our other son's order wrong....
Very disappointed. I felt even worse for some of the other tables. One was just sitting there for sooooo long waiting to be served. And the other table had a cook who wasn't even talking. What happened to the Mizus I remember?

We were lucky enough to be there tonight. The manager came over and asked us if it would be ok if he had a new chef cook for us. He had been cooking in the back for 4 years, it was just his first time infront of people. Let me tell you his food was the best we have ever had there. The manger comped our drinks and desert and discounted our food. Great food and great service!

Loved this place. The only issue I had and it was a minor one, we were seated with people we didn't know. They turned out to be nice people and we had fun with them, but.......!!!

Our 3 generation family of 6 went to MIZU on a Friday night -with a reservation. We were ALL absolutely blown away by the entire experience. It is practically impossible to select the best part of the evening because each and every step was so wonderful. This is now a treasured memory as well as the start of a new family tradition. We enjoyed a variety of perfectly cooked and seasoned meats: steak (rib-eye, filet mignon, NYStrip), shrimp, scallops, and chicken. NO one was disappointed with their meal. Our chef Morgan mesmerized us all with his banter and skills throughout the meal prep and presentation. The adults were truly amazed but it was the two youth with us who were flabbergasted by how much fun a restaurant meal could be and then the food was even better. This was a perfect way to mark the formal end of our family summer visit.

If you like overpriced food and performance and sub standard food then this is your failed attempt of a Benihana's of Tokyo restaurant!

There were only 2 cooks and one poor waitress trying to take care of everyone. The food was great and the cook was friendly. I hope they can get more help but worth going

It was my birthday along with my sisters and we celebrated 🥳🎉 here this year. I think there were 13 of us and we had to split up but the staff made it easy to connect. The food was amazing, the preparation was enjoyable if loud . But the chef we had was pretty good I have to admit. All in all it was an enjoyable place with awesome drinks. And you know your boy loves them heavy hand 👌

Food was good and show was ok. Pricey and $6 upcharge for fried rice seems a little excessive. Also music too loud inside.
Our cheif was amazing

Made reservations and they only had one person to wait tables. We had a group of 8. Food was good but order did get messed up and service was subpar. I would expect better service especially when we are spending over 500.00

The live grilling chef was fun, and he knew when to just let people talk and eat. We weren't a very interested in the show table so he got the hint and let us all just eat after a few attempts to get us excited and interested. Good gage of audience.
Food was good quality and lots. Had the tofu veggies with a side of ahi tuna and the fried rice. Big portions ended up with a leftover box.
I was taking friends out to celebrate their recent marriage and wth treating them it was about $200 for three for meal plus drinks ($25 if that is a Japanese whiskey, so judge accordingly).
