Mizu Japanese Steakhouse

Food we got was excellent.....service was brutal......had reservations, took 30 minutes to get water, another 15 minutes for drinks, an hour for the chef to get to our table, never got our soup, never were given any sauces...... overall the worst service we have had at a restaurant in a long time, luckily the food was good but the poor service ruined it for us

Had to go to the bar to get something to drink, and then it didn't seem that they knew what they were doing in the bar . They could make more money if the directed people to the bar to wait for the table seating and had good bar service to go with it. The entry way was crammed with people. It was a busy night so we lived with it, staff was nice.

Perfect place for date night, good food and good vibes. we also came on valentine's day and had a very good experience even with the high volume of customers. all of the staff were very kind as well. will definitely be coming back again! :)

The entertainment was excellent. Engage all patrons, young and old. The atmosphere was great. Going at 5:00 didn't have many customers as the 6:00 diners. For the amount of money they charge they could have linen napkins and regular size forks or have 2 forks available so you have a choice. They need to upgrade entertainment and customer comforts. They've been in the same building for years. No upgrades that are noticeable. With the prices they have charged over the years, the owners certainly can upgrade to linen napkins at the very least.

A great experience, excellent food to match! It was an exuberant atmosphere with the chefs doing their thing (which was a blast!) so if you're expecting a low-key quiet space, you might look elsewhere. For special occasions I'll definitely keep this place in mind.

The restaurant is a little overpriced but the entertainment and quality of food is excellent Service is very good.

It was cool. A little pricier than other hibachi places I've been too. And weird thing is the chef insisted on us tipping cash eight after he cooked and this was not established in the beginning, good thing I have a little cash. I still tipped through the bill but I felt it was a little rude he insisted.

We had the best family date night! Our chef was amazingly and very entertaining. We will definitely return.

Not a great experience. We are newly weds and had a horrible experience. I indicated we were newly weds and didn't even get a congratulations or anything. The Hispanic male cook was not energetic at all and felt like he just didn't even want to be there. This place usually is good but not this time. I paid $200 for a party of 3 and just was not worth it. Sucks I use to live this place.

Chicken hibachi takeout. Portion was 8 small cubes of chicken......not enough for a small child for dinner. Small portion of veggies and a huge mound of rice.

food was not tht good...ask for med well steak got well done...salty rice...and the place is nasty inside clean your place ugh yuk

Tony! He's the man. We have been going here for years. Serive dropped a bit and pricess went up! However, it was our daughter's birthday, she chose it and it was great. Tony made it a memorable experience and the food was outstanding. He narrates the entire or process of the dinner, I thought it was entertaining. We'll be back.

To be honest I think things have dropped a bit since the last time I was there. The cook lost track of who ordered what. He kept dropping his "toys". His interaction was "work" for him. We enjoyed the food.

We always enjoy Mizu, the only thing I would complain about is the wait time. Even if you have a reservation, you will still wait until they can fill the table before you can get started. So other than availability, there is no benefit to making a reservation. Once seated and you order it is top notch!!!!
