Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Update: All still good, drinks were weak (no liquor taste at all).

New menu is okay, but burgers are smashed a little too much.

Weggie salad is gone, was a favorite of ours.

Burgers were "upgraded" with bacon without request, and charged for.

Before: Burgers are top notch. Fresh and juicy. Love the bottomless fries, libations are wonderful.

About a week ago I was here and I ordered the Banzai burger. It did not taste right. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my taste buds that day. The waitress was very nice so I did not want to complain about the burger. I finally figured out why. He did not add the Teriyaki sauce to the Banzai burger. That is why it did not taste right.

After I wrote my original review, I emailed Reb Robin and they gave me a gift card so I can go and buy another burger. I thought that was very thoughtful. Thanks.

Came here for a memorial meal. Luckily it wasn't busy. We brought in a nice size crew. Staff was great! Food was nummy. 10$ Tuesdays is an awesome deal.

Yum!! Could they get new carpet here?? It's grodie! But the burgers are good and the kids love it. Most servers are great at what they do. The hostess sometimes are lacking in the multi trasking skills

Food was pretty good but they cleaned off my table while I was in the bathroom, I hadn’t finished my food so I’m kinda miffed about that honestly since I was gone for at most 2 minutes.

Walked into the bar. Was able to order our meals immediately. Quick friendly service all around.

Upon entering the restaurant it was hard to determine who worked there versus a customer. It appears that the staff wears black T-shirts, which could be anybody and you could not see that there was a Ref Robin logo. There was nobody at the hostess stand for the longest time so we waited. When the hostess did return, he took our names down and then went to go clear a table which had food all around it on the floor, as if there had been a food fight already there. When he walked us back to our table he picked up napkins and forks with his fingers on the tings that were not wrapped. I’m not sure how sanitary they were, as the whole restaurant was filthy. There was other people behind the food counter that were just standing there. We ended up walking out without ordering and have no intentions of returning anytime soon. I wish I had taken photos of how bad it really was.
