Overall a great Red Robin location to go to. Food is very good and the service is great. Took a little bit for our order but it's understandable since it was pretty busy. Really great atmosphere you can tell it's a family oriented restaurant.

I hate to say it but since COVID, this place really went downhill. The appetizers and drinks are still good. Staff has always been friendly and quick. The burgers though are nearly inedible. The beef quality has dropped so far and whatever you get, make sure it doesn't have lettuce because it's always soggy. The burgers are $20 but they feel like they should be $10 at most.

This is still a great place to go for happy hour. Nothing wrong with their drinks, fries are always good, and their other appetizers may be overpriced but they are tasty and campfire sauce goes well with everything. As a dinner place though, I sadly can't recommend it anymore. I waited a few years to see if things would pick back up post-pandemic but they've had 5 years to figure things out and I just don't think it's happening.

One star, only for the service. We didn't get to try the food. After being seated we waited for anyone to show up, even just to say hi. After 15 minutes of waiting, we set a deal of waiting 10 min more for ANY contact, or we'd leave. Ten minutes later we left. Not very happy with the service. We love red robin.... probably not gonna come back here.

They have always been friendly and attentive. Even when it was only one server for about 10 tables, during what was supposed to be a lull timeframe. The server did an amazing job of being friendly, honest, and as attentive as possible.

Went in on Wednesday to treat my daughter to a meal. I read on the website that kids meals were half off on that day so it’s why we chose Red Robin. Server came to take our order and when I told her I already ate so we were just ordering the kids meal, her attitude was uncomfortable. I immediately felt judged because I wasn’t spending a lot. I was just trying to enjoy a little time with my daughter and not only did I notice the waitresses attitude, my daughter did too. It ended ruining the rare treat of going out to eat. Food came fast and was good, restaurant and other employees were nice. Got my check and the discount promo was not applied, which I felt was gonna happen anyway. Shouldn’t have to tell the waitress about the promotion and I didn’t, I just paid and left. We will probably go back but if I get the same waitress I will ask for a different one. Would have tipped her more but she made us feel like she was irritated by the order.

It's a good Red Robin. Nothing special but it's good.

The service was awful the food that supposed to be hot was cold (French fries, & grilled chicken) also I used the tabletop tablet to ordered some chocolate chip cookies cause no one would come check on me and waited for way to long before I finally got the attention of the waitress/ bartender and she came over and said “is there something you want from me?” I told her yes the cookies that I ordered a while ago she went and got them for me in a to go box and when I got out to my car and left I went to get one of the cookies to eat and they were frozen. I will never go back or recommend Red Robin to anyone….

I ordered chips and queso through Uber eats. All I received was the chips. No queso. Restaurant refused to help me even though admitting it was their mistake because I ordered through Uber eats. I paid $15 for a pile of tortilla chips. Restaurant management, Mike told me he was sorry I was having a bad day. Had to let him know my day was fine until they messed up my order charging me $15 for a pile of chips

This would have been an excellent rating if not for the Caesar salad. I was very excited for this new/returning item. I purchased 4 for a meeting. Unfortunately they were so small that I had to have someone run and get a vegetable platter from a store just to make sure everyone (only 4 people) had enough to be full. Knowing that free fries come with meals it’s embarrassing that they can’t even put enough lettuce to make 2 cups worth. Then light with the chicken and dressing. Please do better. $18 for that small amount of salad is embarrassing. Do better.

Awesome food as always and great service. Drinks are very light for the price but all in all funplace to go for your birthday song and Sundays or just any family outing
