Our large group enjoyed our stay, but the payment process was unexpectedly time-consuming. Using a single tabletop display for separate billing wasn't ideal. I'd suggest using separate terminals in the future – it would create a much smoother and more efficient experience for groups. The veggie pizza was loaded with toppings which was a plus.

Wow how Red Robin has changed. No longer are the days of large hamburgers and large steak fries. As with all restaurants, portions are smaller and prices are up. The mushroom Swiss burger is no exception. Much smaller than before and more expensive. I will say they cooked it the way I asked and it was tasty. As for fries, well why is it they are barely warm? Asked for a bottomless serving and those were hot. Had I got hot fries in the beginning I probably wouldn't have asked for another serving, well maybe, I do love fries. The bartender/server was attentive and quick with refills. Excellent as it was peak lunchtime on a Saturday.

My 4 yr old grandson and I went for dinner around 4:15pm. We entered the lobby and were told that it would be a little while before we were seated because they were down to 1 server. There was nobody else waiting but us. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer and was told about 10 to 15 more minutes. I understand things happen, but when there’s about 6 other staff members including the manager really not doing anything, but wiping menus and talking made me upset. I asked to speak to the manager, and I explained how we were waiting for so long. He gave me some lame excuse. What I don’t understand is why wasn’t he serving or the person that was wiping the menus maybe should have been pulled and helped in other areas where help was needed. The manager was rude and it seems like he didn’t care about good providing customer service.
